Went for an alignment for my 80 series Land Cruiser. The waiting area was much appreciated. Fast WiFi and a comfortable couch to get some work done while they worked on my truck. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the alignment done as the tie rods had seized up. They patiently explained what was wrong to me, showed me with the car lifted up, and then refunded the deposit since the alignment could not be completed. An ice cream truck passed through as we were wrapping up and the owner bought me a milkshake to help ease the pain of needing more work done on my truck. All the mechanics are off road enthusiasts and I would particularly recommend getting work done here on your off road vehicle.

Today I took my Tesla Model 3 to Love Shop Auto for an alignment service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly professional and patient, answering all my questions with expertise. The service was fast, allowing me to get back on the road quickly. What stood out was the cozy office room they provided for me to have meetings while I waited. It was a thoughtful touch that made the wait much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Love Shop Auto for anyone in need of auto services. Their customer care and quality of work are truly top-notch! Just to note that they recently changed their name to "Pop's Shop Auto" on their shop sign, so keep an eye out to avoid getting lost while searching for them;)

Took my 2021 Rav4 Hybrid to get a leveling kit and AT tires installed, back in 2021. Since then have put 30k trouble free miles on. Recently came back for an alignment in august of 2023 and they did a great job of explaining everything. Will come back for all my future tire/suspension needs. Shout out to Lo and Vedar!

Lo, Vedar, and Val will take care of you like you're family. I live about 35 minutes away and there's no other shop I'll take my car to for alignments. They also do tire service and other misc. jobs including brake lines, suspension adjustments, and more. I especially love the lounge area because of the reading material, the lil drink/snack store, and the window that lets you watch the work being done. 12/10

Love Shop Auto is one of the best places I have ever had work done on my cars. Whether it’s lowered or lifted or even a daily driver the owners Lorenze and Vedar have all of the expertise and top of the line equipment to get the perfect alignment or tires mounted or suspension installed. I especially appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into their shop space design as they offer a great lounge area to wait while getting work done and the backdrop makes a great canvas for snapping some cool photos. For anyone who is a car enthusiast they can really provide insightful advice and even order speciality wheels and parts to compliment your ride. I brought my BMW M3 here for an alignment and it drives so much better after Love Shop took care of it. As a bonus they are very communicative, professional, and respectful. I’ll be bringing all of my cars here!

Shout-out to Lo, Val and Vedar! I took my GX470 for a body mount chop, axles, brakes/bleed and alignment and I couldn't be any happier with the quality of work and their attention to details. Lo gave me a very reasonable price for all those work done and the welds were superb. They are very communicative, knowledgeable, and professional, truly shows how much they care for their customers. They even have an awesome waiting room where you'll be able to see your car get worked on. I came in to Love Shop Auto because I needed to get my brake pads and rotors replaced on my 2007 Acura TSX. The co-owner, Lo, gave me a clear quote prior to the work, and broke down cost of parts and labor. He made sure to find parts that were an excellent value, and didn't mark up the cost, (only charged on the labor) which is rare in my experience. My previous car shop had quoted me significantly more for the same job. Then, when it came time to do the work, we discovered that the screws on my rotor had seized, after years of being driven in the NJ winters. Because of that, it ended up taking Lo significantly longer to replace the rotors and pads than estimated, but he still only charged for the estimated time he originally quoted me. So if you're looking for a shop that's passionate about cars, does great work, and is extremely fair in what they charge you, look no further.

This shop is a gem in a sea of alignment shops that care more about volume and quality. Lo, Vedar, and Val take great pride in their work whether it's a simple alignment on my truck or a track alignment on my 911. They work with you to figure out your use case and where you'd like to see improvement in order to dial in the right specs for you. I also ordered a set of Mud tires for my truck through them which came quickly and they mounted up with ease. Great prices and vibes with outstanding service!

Had the pleasure of meeting Lo and the rest of the guys. They were all really friendly and accommodating. This place is amazing, they have an entertainment system for you to try while you’re having your car serviced and the staff are very attentive. All the equipment are clean and all top of the line. To anyone reading this review, this is hands down the best alignment shop I’ve been to in the Bay Area. Took my daily driver here and they were kind enough to do a wheel balance for me too. Super satisfied with the expertise and approachability of this crew. I did lowering springs, new tires, new wheels, and an alignment with Love Shop. Lo personally guided me through each part of the process — from setting out my goals with the car, to selecting and sourcing the right parts, to of course doing the installation to stellar quality. Once I had it in the shop, they did all the labor in a day which was pretty insane! Highly recommend.
