This was truly a perfect car repair experience. 5-star service without questions! The car now looks brand new, and even when there were some tiny flaws that weren’t visible to the naked eye after the first repair, the owner was extremely patient and assured us that he could fix everything to our satisfaction. And he and his team did do that PERFECTLY ! Less than 24 hours later, he contacted us, and we went back — the result was absolutely flawless. The owner and the technicians were very professional, patient, their service attitude is EXCELLENT, and the repair was done quickly. They also listened carefully to our requests. I feel really lucky to have chosen Brands auto repair!

I recently visited Brands Auto Body & Repair to get my brakes and rotors repaired. And I was incredibly impressed with the service. Matt (Matin), the mechanic who also works at the front desk, was extremely helpful, patient, and friendly throughout the process. He worked alongside two other mechanics to not only fix the brakes but also address some transmission issues I had. The entire repair took about 2 to 3 hours, which was very quick considering the amount of work done. It’s been a week since the repair, and my car is running perfectly! I’m really impressed with Brand Body Auto Repair. I brought in my BMW, and from start to finish they treated the car with the level of attention you’d expect from a dealership — but without the dealership prices. (Adding a few detail to my wife’s review) TLDR: Khalil and the shop is amazing! Highly recommend! Details: I quoted about 10 places in Fremont, 1/3 saw they cannot do it, 1/3 need to replace the panel and the rest are more expensive. I wasn’t looking for the perfect fix, as we won’t own the car for much longer, so I was looking for a cheap option and was expecting a less than perfect fix. However, Khalil and the team did an amazing job. Just see the photos yourself, they did all this in a very reasonable price! Definitely will return and send my other car there for any future works🙏🙏🙏 Only one minor caveat is that the quoted timing could be improved, as it took almost the double the amount of quoted time.(I wasn’t in rush of needing the car, so I didn’t push too hard after they missed the original quote time. It is just nice to know the actual time that would take to repair the car ahead of time)
