While the issues on my vehicle has been addressed, I did not find the experience pleasant. My service advisor was professional. But I did not feel the level of respect and care I have felt servicing other vehicles, not to mention Porsche. Every communication seems to be a money grab attempt. There was no transparency in the labor cost. For many service items, only the part cost was communicated to me in advance. For other, the final cost greatly exceed the quote (30% - 50% for some) I was told that my car has 2 oil filter (incorrect for my car to my knowledge), without confirmation from technician. It sounded like an attempted to overcharge on my oil change, therefore I declined. I was told the oil leak issue is severe, and was suggested to do a $25k engine disassembly just to diagnose. I declined. Then I was told turns out the fix was actually $300 in part (again labor cost omitted during quote) I was promised cleaning of my car at the end of my service. That did not happen. I tried to use affirm for financing my service, that did not work.

Monica has helped me on my maintenance and she is very professional and friendly. She helped me setting up my loaner car and the service options are very clear. She even found my last pre-paid maintenance package which I thought it was already expired. This has saved me quite a lot. WIthout her search on my profile, I would not even notice it! When I returned my loaner car, I left my garage key fob and Fasttrek transponder in the loaner about 2 hours later. I called her and she quickly found the vehicle and handed over all 3 keys back to me when I arrived. Super appreciate her help on my maintenance and I will recommend Porsche Fremont to my friend and it has always been my no.1 recommendation to other friends when it comes to the sales team and service team! Keep it going.

Really disappointing experience. After paying almost $3000 for rodent damage to the electrical system of the car the warning lights, including oil change are still on and they claim they have nothing to do with the damaged electricals, even after I told them the oil was changed 3 months ago. They didn't even do a basic car wash that is customary.

Brought my 2020 Taycan in for a major software update (WMA5 and WMA7). This is a new and incredibly challenging update in which some of the earlier vehicles had issues and needed to be updated repeatedly. Michelle, my service advisor, gave me an upfront read that the update on my vehicle might need to be in for longer than expected. classic bait-and-switch (+unnecessary service items)mI don't expect from a Porsche dealer. Very disappointed by the service guy - dont' remember name, but an asian dude with beard. I called Monica I. about a quote for my car and when I visited, the guy denied the price saying it wasn't possible. And then he even recommended swapping brake pads when I clearly don't need, and saying I will need to come back in November for more services.
