(Update from a recent visit.) Still my go-to for my vehicle. Replaced the (shoes/rotors) brakes and rear axle seals as well as trouble-shot and remedied a radiator leak. Friendly as always. Thank you!! They are like family as they understand my vehicle and remember you from visit to visit. No hassle- no pressure on any additional recommended repairs. Today I went there for Oil change, they changed the oil BUT From around 9:30 until 03:00 they were unable to remove the warning message ( Engine Maintenance Required) finally when I asked Mr, Lee what’s going on I waited a lot… He told me wait silently otherwise get out of my shop! They did not fixed it still my car has the same problem although they’ve charged me for everything. I don’t know, they have charged the Oil or not? I WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN BECAUSE OF Mr LEE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES.

Won’t be going back! Specifically asked for the cheaper synthetic oil (havoline) and then confirmed when I went I indoors to the young lady at the counter. At checkout, I got the old switcheroo and was charged the $20 more for Mobil 1 and was told repeatedly that’s what I’d asked for. When I corrected her, she got extremely rude and told me that they don’t sell havoline any longer to which I pointed at the board on the wall that showed havoline and the advertised price. In the end, she charged me the lower price but I’m done with this place. A shadow of the kind people that once worked here.

I went here again in (LUBE IT) to do Tire rotation because I wanted to balance the tire and my car it has low tire pressure and they removed the tire valve caps on my car and they didn’t put it back. My concern is as an owner car i want my tire caps back the same i have before. But they don’t give me the same tires caps and also i told them I just want to do tire rotation and nothing more but the guy come to the office and told to the cashier to change my cabin filter and air filter on my car i can’t say NO because they already removed it. This is not my first time happen when i went there auto repair shop.

Estuve presente durante el episodio que describe en la reseña anterior el usuario que se identifica como José Maldonado. Yo considero que en ningún momento la Secretaria Silvia le falto el respeto. Silvia solo nos indicó sobre las nuevas políticas del negocio y él indicó a ella que le parecían absurdas la nuevas políticas de la empresa. Después de eso, ella solo dijo que si tenía algo que comentar al respecto ella podía llamar al gerente para que él pudiera expresar su inconformidad. Ella también le dijo que solo tenía el cargo de secretaria y que no ella solo estaba haciendo su trabajo. Todo esto lo dijo con respeto y sin ningún tipo de ofensas. Yo sí estuve satisfecho con el servicio técnico que me ofrecieron y con la atención. De hecho se me cayó el Cafe dentro de la oficina y la Secretaria Silvia me ayudo a limpiar el desastre que yo había hecho. Recomiendo a esta empresa 100%. 💯
