They charged me $10 to find the nail in my sidewalk and then $40 to Mount and balance my replacement tire. Checked my rim after I got home and found that they had scratched my rims theses are 1/4 inch deep gauges in my rim. Would not recommend going here if you care about your property.

I've been coming here for over 10 years and won't go to another tires place. They are always friendly and their prices are the best. I just went in to get my tire checked out right before closing and the young man helped me out super quick. His customer service is 👌 even though I went right before they closed. Scam Alert!!! This place is a total rip-off! I stopped by to fix a tire issue because I had a warning light on my dashboard. I explained the problem, but the guy clearly didn’t understand what I was saying. Since I wasn’t sure which tire had the issue, he just randomly picked one, took it off, disappeared for about 10 minutes, and came back saying he patched it — then charged me $70! When I told him the problem was still there and that patching that tire didn’t fix anything, he said he could “try another tire,” but I’d have to pay another $20 just for inspection. Seriously? They’re completely unprofessional and just trying to charge as much as possible without actually fixing the issue. Dishonest, careless, and zero customer service — stay away from this place and save yourself the headache!

This morning I received some excellent service from David and Orlin [sp?]. Some metal wirelike object penetrated the center of the tread on my runflat tire. I spoke with David about it yesterday and brought my car in today. I was in and out in a half hour or less with a repaired tire for a reasonable $40 - much better than the price of a new tire or, more likely, a new set of tires. I highly recommend D-A Tires.

I got a flat tire traveling from OH to Alexandria, VA and D-A Tires and Rims had a used tire that matched the size and tread of the other three tires. D-A Tires has been my go-to for anything tire related for about a year now and I only have amazing things to say! I know absolutely nothing about cars, and both my sister and I have had so many tire issues and D-A Tires has helped us out every time. Even for my sister's tires recently, we thought she needed an alignment so we went to Wiygul first; they walked out, barely looked at the tires, and recommended new tires. They quoted her $800 for 4 new tires so we went to D-A Tires to check with them first. David was able to get us 4 new tires for a little over $450 for her car and even gave us recommendations for people to go to for an alignment. David and his team have been nothing but kind, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Honestly wouldn't go anywhere but here 100%

Good service, and helpful. However, one issue. I needed a single tire replaced, and was told the cost would be $75 if I paid in cash. I agreed. David explained that in addition to replacing my tire, they were going to remove some of my tires and rearrange them, so that the treading was even between the front tires and the back tires. So they did this. Once I went to pay at the cash register, David said the cost was $85, and I inquired - "I thought you said $75", and he responded it was $85, since they rearranged some of the tires. I felt like I was finessed for an extra $10. I wouldn't have minded if they told me about the additional cost beforehand.

Highly recommend to a friend! My tires were worn out from a road trip across the US. DA TIRES efficiently replaced all 4 tires within 30-45mins. By the time I finished my coffee and breakfast at Panera Bread, David was kind enough to send me a text to notify the service was done. I wanted to wait for a week to write a review to ensure my review was accurate! I am very happy with the results.
