I came in July 30th with a flat tire. Even though they were steady, Carlos immediately greeted me and helped me find a solution. He not only put my spare donut on for me, he was honest about any thing he spotted and offered amazing information. Very communicative, efficient, and welcoming. Charles and Carlos were amazing, possibly the best service I’ve experienced at a mechanic shop - both when it comes to the vehicle, and customers. I had two kids with me and as we walked away, Charles came running out (literally) and gave us a couple waters on a sunny day. Explained everything throughly, fair and transparent pricing. Cannot recommend enough!

Huge thanks to the team at Metro Motor on North Washington Street in Alexandria. Yesterday, I had a flat tire after dropping my dog at Olde Towne School for Dogs to get groomed. I drove two blocks to the Metro Motor Liberty station on N. Washington Street, filled up the car with gas and moved it to the side to inflate the tire when a kind service guy from Metro asked if he could help. He confirmed that the tire was flat, drove the car into the garage and found a big hole which he repaired he repaired in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. While I waited in the office, I bought a battery for my key fob which the guy behind the counter installed. The place is spotless, efficient, professional and the team is very kind. Thanks again for helping me avoid a disastrous start to the day. Highly recommend this very professional garage.

I highly recommend that you have your vehicles serviced at Metro Motors (ask for Chris). Yesterday morning I dropped my F-150 off to have the front brakes replaced. Chris gave me a great price and ordered me an Uber ride home. After a few hours Chris called to let me know that I was due for an oil change and a safety inspection. They toke care of them and sent an Uber to get me there and pick up my truck.

I have a Mercedes GL 550 that I have loyally maintained with a mechanic who works exclusively on Mercedes and has a reputation for doing impeccable work. The only downside was that I had to drive from VA to MD to work on my car. In the last several years, however, I have grown to trust the honest and reputable work of Carlos and his mechanics at MM. Going there for needs reminds me a bygone era when you knew, trusted, and liked your neighborhood gas station. That’s what Carlos and MM has created in Old Town, not by grand gestures to win us over, but by genuine service rooted in helping folks every time we stop in to fill up or check our oil levels. After years of benefiting from their repairs, I'm writing this review.

There aren't enough superlatives to describe the quality of service I received from Carlos Gonzalez and his team at this Metro Motor location. I called when a part had been damaged underneath my car and without hesitation, Carlos immediately said if I could arrive before the shop closed, he would take a look at it. The professionalism, courtesy, kindness, expertise and efficiency he and his team exhibited were unparallelled. Seriously, I write very few reviews but this one is beyond well deserved. In other words, I cannot recommend Carlos and his team highly enough for your auto repairs!

I have been here a couple of times for routine maintenance on my car and they always do a phenomenal job. I went specifically for an odd request - I needed gas out of my car ASAP for a big overseas move. They were able to take my car in immediately to look into removing the gas. They not only were able to do it for me, but they did it extremely quickly and worked with my time crunch of only a few hours notice. Kristopher was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole thing, helping calm the nerves of my frazzled self! The entire staff was exceptional, offering me drinks and just being above and beyond helpful. I can’t say enough nice things about my experience, this place, and the people. One last thing I would like to praise them for is their communication and transparency. They walked me through the entire process of what they were doing and explained everything thoroughly. 11/10 experiences, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
