I read all the reviews and all of it is from Ethiopians. I refused to pay you $125 for diagnostic because you kept my car for 3 days to let me know what the problem was and you knew I'm renting a car., You shouldn't insult all ABESHA just because of our disagreement when all your clients are Abesha. You told us how difficult it is to deal with Abesha. (Change your clientele) Very disappointed for disrespecting me and my sister Just because we are Abesha. I wish I can give you zero star.

I've been bringing my cars to the S&A Auto Repair Shop ever since I moved to Alexandria 5 years ago. Their mechanics have kept my cars in great running condition over the years. The 2 cars that I've brought there were used when I bought them, and one of them had 35,000 miles on it when I finally had to relief because of S&A. I've never had a problem with the Service Center and will continue to bring my cars there. I highly recommend them.
