I had to find a body shop when someone did a hit and run and dented the front and side of my brand new car. East Coast Collision came recommended from my insurance company. It took only two days to schedule a visit, and when I brought in my car they were able to finish the repairs in under a week. My poor little car looks like it used to look again; they did a great job getting it back to as-new! Not only that, but they gave me a little bottle of touch-up paint for future use, which was great! Super friendly and Covid-19 compliant staff, who treated me like a valued customer and basically just took care of everything - including helping me get a rental set up/pick up from the rental place for while they kept my car. Pretty much as pain free as can be, and my car looks like nothing happened. Well done, highly recommended.

I’ve had my car fixed by East Coast Collision twice and I have been pleased with the work both times. Although I would prefer not to need their services, they do an excellent job. Communication is clear and they do a great job of giving you a timeline for the repair. My car has looked brand new after each repair and they are all very friendly. I hope to not need their services in the future, but if I find myself in a fender bender again, I would definitely return.

I had a triple whammy with my car. In one week, I got rear ended, car keyed by some kids and what appeared to be a scooter ran into my passenger door and mirror but some drunken fool while my car was parked overnight. Thankfully State Farm was great and I found Peter and Raffi (spelling?). These two guys and the rest of their crew were amazing. They helped me navigate all the insurance stuff, made sure my rental was stress free and best of all… took care of all of the above inside of 10 days and got her sparkling like new! I hope to never need body work again but if I do? Coming to East Coast!

I’m honestly very impressed with this place. I came a week ago to drop off my car to get the bumper replaced and they did a fantastic job with it! The service is great. Very polite men working there and If anyone ever has to go get something done with their car, this body shop is the place to go. You can trust them, and I don’t say that a lot about places. I also appreciate them cleaning the inside of my car and leaving me extra paint for my car. Again, very impressed. Not to mention the service was very quick. I was expected to have my rental for two days and exactly two days later my car was ready. Cannot repeat enough how fantastic this job was to my car.

If I could give this shop zero stars, I would. My car was involved in an unattended hit-and-run, and I went through my insurance company to get the repairs handled here. While they did fix the visible exterior damage, they completely missed a serious issue that was part of my original claim. This wasn’t some hidden, hard-to-find problem—it was right next to the visible damage. A competent inspection should have caught it immediately. Because they overlooked this, I unknowingly drove away in a vehicle that wasn’t safe. When I later brought my car to an auto shop I actually trust, they found the issue within minutes. They even told me point blank: this should have never been missed, and worse, this shop should never have let me drive the vehicle away in that condition. Their exact words were: “You’re lucky nothing happened, because this could have caused an accident or worse especially since you were driving on a highway at higher speeds.” That’s how serious this was. A careless inspection at this shop could have put me or others in danger of a crash or even death. Luckily, nothing happened—but that’s only by chance, not because of anything this shop did right. For context, this was a partner shop through my insurance, but I will never come here again, and I honestly think they should be taken off the partner list. It’s one thing to miss a cosmetic detail—it’s another to give a customer back a car in unsafe driving condition. The only small positive I can mention is that the front desk staff were polite. Unfortunately, kindness at the counter doesn’t make up for a reckless mistake in the garage. Bottom line: this shop put me in a dangerous situation because of their carelessness. I cannot recommend them to anyone, and I strongly suggest finding a shop that actually takes safety and thorough inspections seriously.

I had the worst experience in this collusion center. They did such a bad job fixing my car - putting the wrong parts that don’t even fit ( a hood that doesn’t even fit with huge gap on the side)….And when I complained, I was told that the work they do is “within tolerance “ and there is nothing more they can do. No apology and the guy even asked me to leave. Please avoid as much as you can. I raised the complaint to my insurance and they also haven’t heard the term “within tolerance “. Just to add, my car only had an external body damage and was taken to this place specifically for that. When I picked it up, I found out they have also messed up the mechanical parts for reasons I don’t understand. For the body part, they put parts that does not even fit the car and was told I should tolerate it. One star is too much. Worst experience and I wish there were -ve starts to give.

Avoid the business, I went as it was listed as a preferred provider by State Farm. The staff was very friendly however, the quality of their work leaves a lot to be desired. I brought my car in for repairs to the front bumper and when I went to pick up the car the paint color did not match at all. The employee that I spoke with tried to tell me that it was "pretty close" and maybe it was because it was parked in the shade. He additionally informed me that the manager was gone for the day so I would have to wait until the following week to get assistance. After calls from State Farm they agreed to fix the mismatched paint, in a few weeks when they had an opening. When I brought the car back the manager tried to explain that the fenders and hood on my car were not the same color and that was the problem, unfortunately their repairs did not match either the fenders or the hood. (See attached pictures) Less than 24 hours later, I received a call that my car was done and could be picked up. I arrived and found my car dirty both inside and out. I don't know how they could paint it without cleaning it first. I guess they just painted over the dirt. And they had not even bothered to use the paper floor mats this time, instead they tracked paint debris all over the drivers side to include the floor mats and door panels. State Farm has the pictures and offered to contact East Coast again, but I declined as I am afraid to see what they will do next. I would definitely recommend avoiding this establishment!

I feel they went above and beyond by painting an area of my car that was not affected by the accident, giving me the leftover paint, and emptying my little trash bag in my car. After an accident, my insurance provided East Coast Collision as a recommended provider for repairs. I was a bit nervous, as I have never had to get body repairs done before, and haven't heard the best things about auto repair shops in general. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. East Coast Collision was extremely communicative and responsive, giving me updates on the repairs and timeline, and the repairs were completed in less than a week. They had my car Perry looking good again, and even provided some extra touch up paint I could use on minor scratches in the future!

Just picked up my car today! 2010 Honda Accord EX-L Everything look good as new highly recommend coming here it was a very easy process. Setting the whole appointment, doing paperwork was easy due to being hit and didn’t know how the process worked!! They made it really to understand and the people working there are very friendly and understanding! Was quoted my car to be done in a week - 2 weeks and received it within two days!! Came out looking good as new as previously said. Before and after pictures below Aswell received a mini paint retouch container which i didn’t expect!!! 10/10 would highly recommend and thank you for fixing my car!!
