They fixed my friend's car and "Jim" in Service is very knowledgeable. We are car fans so his knowledge level was fun and helpful. Jim is a nice guy, not a "show off," a down to earth nice guy. Take your Mini in to Jim. You will be glad you did. If you have an older Mini, keep your oil topped off, if it gets noisey, it may be your timing chain. If you let it go and the chain lets go, it will take your engine out with it. A stitch in time... Call Jim in Service if you aren't sure...

Service department is excellent. They don't overcharge you. Normally the dealership is not the best place to go to buy tires but they were several hundred dollars less than anywhere else in town! That said, sales department is a huge disappointment. They will lowball your trade, tell you they don't negotiate on price, and when you tell them to pound sand, you start getting emails saying they *might* be able to increase your trade value. The sales manager will tell you how hot the used car market is, which is why the prices are firm BUT that same logic doesn't apply to trade values. I don't play games, they just lost a customer.

Fantastic first visit to this dealership thanks to Jose. We stopped by do a test drive one afternoon to get a first-hand experience of a few used Minis that we were interested in. Jose took great care of us by providing helpful information and suggestions. He answered our questions and gave us time to test drive 3 different models. Don't take your Mini here if you have other options. Sorry my review is a little late. But... As soon as I got my car back after they had it for several days in a routine service under the service plan, I noticed they couldn't possibly have changed the oil as stated on my invoice. You need to take off the oil cap off to release the vacuum to drain the old oil. Mine had the same cobwebs in pristine condition as it did when I took my car in. That led me to believe they probably didn't do any of the other fluid changes. How could you possibly trust them. So now the bulldog and I take the train to Tampa so awesome Mini there can take care of her.

]my sales guy jeff was excellent.thars where it stops.bought a 2014 cooper s convert. in january.paid 13000 for it.drove the car 1000 miles decided i wanted an upgrade.called my sales guy told him was looking for a newer model mini told would like to trade mine in.wss offered 5000.i lost 8000.00 in 8 months doing business with them.no further reach out from them.i think i got ripped off

If you are visiting this location for service, please ask for Carlos Vega to be your advisor. He was very professional and ensured I was taken care of. The only reason I don't give a 5th star is because of the person who performed the maintenance on my vehicle. I had to return a second time after leaving because the maintenance worker missed a hole in one of the lights that I had requested to be fixed.

BLUF: Very chill, no pressure or stress buying my 2023 MINI Cooper S 2-door hardtop from Passport MINI! Did my homework on which MINIs I wanted to look at based on car reviews, CARFAX, and dealership reviews; then took my list of three to Passport Mini at about 3pm yesterday afternoon. Was initially greeted by MattM, who took all my info, then handed me off to JoeyK to get the ball rolling. After we reviewed my choices, Joey took me outside to look at the two I was most interested in... a 2-door & 4-door. Before we did the test drive, Joey familiarized me with all the buttons/tech in the car. Appreciated that he drives a 2025 MINI, which was evident from his ease and familiarity explaining everything. We took the 2-door for a drive in the city and then on the highway. That drive confirmed my purchase choice, so we began the paperwork. Passport has a relatively pain free paperwork system that's 90% automated. They were also able to beat my bank's financing, which got me under 5%. During this time, Joey ensured all my questions were answered and that I knew where I could refill my water bottle as well as find coffee and the restrooms. When it was time to sign all the papers, he directed me to IlyaK to wrap everything up. Ilya was also very professional and personable; making the process fly by as we talked about motorcycles. Also while I was getting my paperwork done, Joey brought my car inside for cleaning and filled up the gas tank; so by the time Ilya and I completed all the paperwork, my 2023 MINI was ready to roll. Overall... this was the best car buying experience I've had in the past 15 years, thanks to the expertise and customer service-oriented focus that Joey and Ilya provided at Passport MINI!
