Alejandro& PT saved the day at the King Street NTB! I brought in the car of a sick friend as a favor and needed the car to be reliably functioning for her asap. Her new battery had died (and left her sit) 2x in 2 months. I brought the car into NTB in a time crunch and these gentlemen were able to detect the problem and replace the faulty battery , under warranty, on the spot! Zaubir and Omar took care of me and I highly recommend this shop. They let me know what the issues were, and even brought me in to the workspace to show me what was going on with my alignment & tires. I got my appointment the same day, called in the morning and they saw me several hours later after hitting a horrible pot hole the night before. Be patient, as they can get busy and take walk-ins. But the work shows, all the better to be patient. I’ll be coming back for my car needs.

I went in with an appointment to replace two tires. While the initial interaction was polite, I was repeatedly pushed to replace tire pressure sensors that were working fine and did not need replacement. Even after clearly refusing, the mechanic continued to insist by mentioning possible problems that did not seem accurate. These unnecessary add-ons significantly increased the final price, which ultimately led me to cancel my appointment. The sales approach felt fear-driven and misleading, focused more on upselling than on what the car actually needed. Potential customers should be aware of this practice and lies. Research about your car issues before dealing with mechanics and service provides. Beware of possible tricks and lies!!!

Alejandro and the team at this shop are great! They explain all of the procedures that they are performing on your car very thoroughly to you and welcome questions. For me the prices have been reasonable and I have never felt pressured to purchase a service that I didn't understand or want. My apologies for originally posting this review under the Jefferson Davis Highway location- I meant to post it under the King Street location since I have only had my cars serviced there. Thank you.

I came in as a walk in and Alejandro was upfront about the wait perhaps being long since there were people ahead of me that previously made appointments. However he managed to get me serviced with 4 new tires, front brakes and front rotors in less time than projected. He was very transparent and showed me how he came to judgements regarding the state of my tires. He really took care of me and I and now a loyal customer. The staff was very friendly and also took to.e to answer questions I had as I waited.

Zoubir, Alex & Team were fantastic. This location of NBT is always professional, clear, and polite. I do strongly recommend making an appointment for any planned maintenance. They’re good, which means they can be busy! Their waiting area is small but clean. I always appreciate how they’ll walk you into the garage to show you both what they found (usually regarding tire integrity) and when the work is complete. I’m a return customer for a reason!

Needed to get some tires and wheel alignment done on my vehicle. Searched the internet for the best possible deals on the exact tire that I was looking to purchase. Tried the big box stores with no luck, either the wait time was too long or the particular tire brand I was looking for wasn’t in stock. Landed on NTB, which was very close to my house, exactly the tires that I wanted and a military discount on top of the already great price. Was able to do all of the things I needed online (requested the tires, exact date/time for the appointment), and the store actually called me a day ahead of time to schedule the appointment due to my tires arriving in the shop early. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Alejandro and PT. Both were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I handed over my keys, and they swiftly went into action. While I waited in the customer lounge area, I was freezing my bum off. For some reason, the only warm spot in the entire building was the bathroom. This didn’t dampen my mood since I was in/out in no time. The entire experience from beginning to end was a 10/10, and I highly recommend this particular NTB for any/all of your tire and battery needs.
