So many positives relayed by other customers in their reviews here rang true for me too on my first visit here this week. Making an appointment, discussing my vehicle, dropping it off and picking it up all felt like I was dealing with attentive folk who personally cared and understood the importance I place on my car. They respected my expertise regarding things I'm able to fix/replace on my own and offered what I feel was useful and candid advice about my car, even some facts I was surprised I didn't know. I picked up my sporty Ford hatchback today after a major periodic service update at 90K, including the replacement of my complete suspension system and a number of smaller services like an air filter service, transmission flush, and my long postponed, but known to be needed, cleaning of my fuel injection system (cheap dirty gasoline does have a long term cost). After all these many miles, this was probably the most comprehnsive package of repairs made on my car since it was new. My car came back feeling completely refreshed, cornering like a breeze, responsive, and operating to spec. I feel confident again about driving it for the next 70-90K (so long as it continues to look pretty, lol). I was very pleased with Bradham's estimate and pricing too because they used the OEM parts I requested. Thank you Badham, I'm usually a pretty tough customer, yet I'm very pleased with your work and kind service. I look forward to making your shop the first place I turn to going forward, and there's still many miles left to share between me and my daily ride.

I went yesterday for a standard oil change and maintenance. Bradham recommended I have my front and rear suspensions serviced and quoted me $5,808 ($4,400 for the front, $1,408 for the rear). Shocked by this, I got a second opinion at a place across the street from them, and I now only have to pay $2,600 for everything. Not sure why such a large discrepancy, but I'm glad that I didn't get this work done there. I did get another $1,500 worth of work done at the time, but I am now questioning if that was overpriced as well. (Cabin filter replacement, transmission, oil change, spark plugs.)

They did a great job on my car today and gave great customer service! I had an early appointment so dropped my car off intending to stroll around Old Town while I waited on the car. When I mentioned this to the staff they asked if I needed a ride as it was freezing outside. They called a Lyft for me but what I didn’t expect was when I attempted to pay the driver I was told it had already been charged to my credit card. Turns out it was Bradham’s credit card! They had paid for a courtesy ride home! I love the fact that they not only tell you but show you immediate repairs required as well as things to keep an eye on for the future. Very personable staff!

Bradham Automotive in Old Town Alexandria has become an auto repair shop I genuinely trust and personally recommend. I have interacted with members of both the front office and the service crew, and each person has consistently offered professional, personal, and genuine kindness. What I appreciate most is how they go above and beyond with both the service of my car and the transparency of their communication. The agent walks me through what needs immediate attention and what can be planned for later. Their communication is easy and respectful. I also love the text messages that update me on the progress of the service and offer helpful heads-ups on future maintenance. The shop is clean and organized. They have stepped in to help me more than once, fitting me into a tight schedule or offering thoughtful guidance when I needed it.
