My friend took his Fiat 500 to Landmark Auto Group for inspection repairs. They did such a great job fixing his car that when my Jeep needed repairs I immediately called Mack the owner and made a appointment. Mack and his team got me back on the road quickly and my Jerp runs great! It has been said that word of mouth is the best advertising and it's true. When my sons BMW need repairs he took his car there and once again another satisfied customer! These guys are very professional I would recommend them to friends and family.

I brought the car in just before closing on Thursday to get a new part installed. I said I needed by the end of the day Friday. They said no problem. It was done on 11 am on Friday morning, way earlier than I expected. It looks great and at Landmark they always do great quality work and are good people. They are my go to shop for any work I need done.

Since we moved to VA, we were looking for an honest reputable mechanic and we are lucky to have this shop! They are all hard working, intelligent, and fair people at this shop who give you a true diagnosis of your car without all the extras added to a quote to rip you off. You can trust what they are telling when it comes to repairing and maintenance of your car. Max and Todd are the best and always take good care of each customer! I have been coming to this shop for over 10 years. Max and his team are very nice , knowlegable and friendly! They definitely know what they are talking about and will explain to you what is wrong with your car and what exactly they will be fixing. They will save you thousands of dollars when you compare them to the dealers and other shops. They are very trustworthy. You do not need to look anywhere else. I'm not sure why it took me this long to rate them.

Can’t say enough positives about Max. We drove from Boston to Fairfax to visit grandkids, then to Old Town to enjoy. Suddenly a noise from under the car, a flap dragging on the ground. Not a good situation. Reviews online (Google, Yelp, others) all point to Landmark Auto and Max. Called and he said bring it in. He was kind and reassuring when we arrived, put our car up on a lift. His mechanic immediately saw the problem, nothing major, a quick fix, an incredibly fair price. It was a great experience, in a vulnerable moment, to be treated so well and taken care of. This is a long way of saying that I highly recommend Max because you can trust he will treat you fairly and fix your car.

I had gone to 4 other auto repair shops to get my tire patched up but no one could fit me into their schedule. Gabe got me in even though they were busy and really helped me out because I have to make a long road trip the next day. Truly life savers. These guys are super nice and efficient. 5 star people.

First time I write a review after years of coming here, they have always been great people, professional, friendly, accommodating, thoughtful of your money, they'll advise what is urgent and what can wait if you need to save some money. All of my experiences here have been excellent, once they saved me from buying a new tire because they identified the one I had as faulty from manufacture, they're honest and they'll tell you when your car will be ready, no guessing games. Thank you guys, you're the best.

These guys are so honest. I went in to have my brakes checked before I drove my car to Chicago. They checked my car and told me, my brakes were good for another 3-4 months. They didn't charge me for checking the car. They told me to come back in 3-4 months. I am so luck to have found such honest and great guys. They are also amazingly fast. I would highly recommend this place.

Well, I will never return after my visit today. This place is shiesty and can't be trusted. I came in this morning for some work on my brakes and had previously been quoted $800. They said I would eventually need control arms, but they weren't necessary to replace right now, so I told them to wait and just work on the brakes. After waiting 5 hours, they told me the work was done, but they had done the control arms and some other small things that I hadn't agreed to. They should not have charged me for labor at least since I had not agreed to this extra work. It is so difficult to find a mechanic you can trust, and unfortunately you can add this one to the group. GO ELSEWHERE!

Excellent service. I took my Audi Q5 for brake work and I am very happy customer. They completed the job in 2 hours with reasonable price and complete professionalism. They explained things to me very clearly, the various options and what needs to be done. I felt they were honest and not pushing unnecessary repairs as most of repair shops do. I Fully recommend this place.

I used to take my car here for years. They were always great, offered reasonable prices and were trustworthy, I recommended them to everyone. However, my last oil change, I was surprised with how quickly they completed it. When I picked it up, my car sounded strange. I ended up looking at the fluids, and all my fluids were beyond low. I"m not sure what happened, as I had no issues before I brought it in. Maybe they were in a hurry, but I was very disappointed.

Excellent service, ranging from fixing the ac system on my truck, to identifying the underlying cause of why it was broken in the first place. I prefer to take my business to landmark auto group, due in part to their mechanical skill, but also their hospitality and customer service. When you call in you’re likely to speak with max the owner, while providing you solutions and estimates for your vehicle he is a joy to speak with.

I recently had an experience with this mechanical shop that left me quite disappointed. When bringing in my vehicle, I expected a proper diagnostic to be conducted to identify the issue clearly and provide an estimate before any repairs were made. Unfortunately, this did not happen. The technician made assumptions about the problem without thoroughly diagnosing it, and after attempting a repair that ultimately didn’t work, I was left to cover the cost of work that had not been completed effectively. This lack of transparency and communication is concerning and not acceptable. I would caution potential customers to be aware of these practices, as it seems that the focus may be more on taking payments than providing accurate and fair service. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.

Highly recommend this shop! The team here is honest, professional, and truly knows their stuff. I brought my car in for a strange noise, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly without trying to upsell unnecessary work. Prices were fair, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can fully trust, but this place is definitely i recommend it

I had an absolutely terrible experience here and would strongly advise anyone to take their vehicle elsewhere. I brought my car in with a guarantee that the work would be finished the same day. As soon as I left, they called to tell me it wouldn't be ready. They ended up keeping my car for the entire weekend, leaving me stranded. To make matters worse, they charged me $100 more than the original quote. The worst part - I had two new tires installed. After driving barely 10 miles, both tires were already damaged and unusable. I had to go to a different shop and pay to replace both of them all over again.

I’ve been coming to this shop for a few years now, and I’ve always had a great experience. As a single woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I’ve never felt taken advantage of. Max and his team take the time to explain what’s going on with my car and let me know whether something needs to be fixed right away or if I have some time. I moved from VA to DC and still only trust this shop with my car. 10/10 would always recommend

You Can Sell More, But Don’t Lie/Mislead People Very disappointing experience from beginning to end. I initially came in for a simple oil change, but the final bill was nearly double what I expected, with no clear explanation provided upfront. When I questioned the pricing, the explanation I received did not make sense and was not convincing. To make matters worse, even the dealership charges about 40% less for the same service. Later, my wife brought her car in for an emissions inspection, and it felt like they were trying to find anything possible to upsell additional services. Instead of focusing strictly on the emissions test, the conversation quickly shifted toward recommending extra repairs. At one point, they even suggested ordering a new rim and attempted to charge me a deposit for it without properly asking for my approval first. To make matters worse, the two men working in the office were rude and dismissive when we asked questions. Their tone felt aggressive and unprofessional, which made the entire situation uncomfortable. After insisting on a refund and waiting a long time, they gave me a receipt stating the money would be returned to my card. However, when I reviewed the receipt at home, I noticed the refund was processed to a different card number, not mine. This made me seriously question where the refund actually went ( to their own card )? There’s nothing wrong with recommending services, but honesty, transparency, and respect should always come first. If you decide to go here, make sure you request a detailed written estimate before approving any work and carefully review the final invoice. In my experience, it’s best to stay away.
