I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Landmark Honda, and I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider their options. From the moment I entered the dealership, I encountered numerous issues. The customer service was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer. I was provided with inconsistent information and felt misled throughout the purchasing process. Upon purchasing my vehicle, I discovered that the interior was unclean, with multiple stains present. Additionally, the vehicle was sold with faulty rotors, despite assurances that it had passed inspection. The repair quality on a rim was subpar, with overspray affecting the tire. I also noticed tint glue left on several windows, which resulted in unexpected out-of-pocket expenses for me. I was informed that my registration tags would be shipped directly to me; however, this has not occurred. Despite voicing my concerns regarding my tags several times via email and the other issues, my inquiries have been met with silence. The General Manager, Bouna, made promises to resolve these problems but ultimately wasted my time by retracting his commitments, claiming they were not documented. To make matters worse, I discovered a used BULLET in the passenger seat just one day after taking ownership of the vehicle. The dealership's only proposed solution was to offer a detailing service, which is wholly inadequate given the circumstances. In summary, my experience at Landmark Honda has been extremely disappointing. I urge anyone considering this dealership to proceed with caution, as they do not seem to honor their commitments or provide the quality of service expected from a reputable establishment. Also a possible courtesy used BULLET in your car shop at Landmark Honda. This is truly a sorry excuse of a dealership.

I had such a great experience here! I originally came in for an oil change and inspection, and everything went so smoothly. While working on my car, they found an A/C seal leak and repaired it under warranty, then discovered my air conditioner’s condenser was leaking. They replaced that too—also under warranty—which saved me a ton of stress and money. A big shout-out to Ricardo, my service advisor, who went above and beyond. My schedule was tight that day and overlapped with another important appointment, but he coordinated with the shuttle driver so I wouldn’t miss it. The driver was incredibly nice too, making the ride stress-free. The waiting area was also a nice surprise—cleaner and more comfortable than the last time I visited. Ricardo made sure to clearly explain every service they performed on my car and even walked me through what I’ll need for my next visits. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this taken care of—thorough, honest, and genuinely considerate. I’m definitely coming back!

For Better or for worse, we've bought our last three cars with landmark Honda. We do our routine checkups with them and trust them on pricing and calling out when our stuff needs repairs. You have to take them to the mat when you're buying a car, in particular calling out stuff that is actually optional but looks like it's a fixed price on the invoice. So for instance in our last transaction they had a line item for " Alexandria windshield," up there with taxes and fees which turned out to be a a totally optional markup item for them. Similarly, they're going to try to upsell you on the Civic check treatment. Nevertheless, we keep going back and understand that that's part of the business for them and that it's on us to do our research. They're under new ownership and are modernizing but it's so understanding of that. The new owners made a point of trying to find new homes for all the people in places like billing that had their jobs taken out by technology. I think that says a lot. Shout out to Al and Morgan who are my people there.

I rolled into Landmark Honda yesterday without an appointment and Morgan (my go to agent forever!) sprang into action! An immediate assessment was done by attentive service folks and it was determined that my automotive problem could be taken care of by early this morning. And it was! Morgan is always a delight (you'll see her name mentioned quite a few times on this thread) but I'd like to also give a shout out to service guys Jack and Kenny, too, who also helped to ease all the stress I came in with. Bravo, Morgan, Kenny, Jack and Landmark Honda! And thanks for the coffee!

I set an appointment to do a diagnostic cost me about $280 not worth it. They was trying to charge me about $5000 to fix the whole bottle and they couldn’t even tell me that the lower control harm was messed up. I had to go somewhere else that they didn’t even charge me to look at the car not worth going to get a diagnostic at the Honda dealership waste of money and time they’re just a big scam.

Alaa was amazing! He listened carefully to all of my concerns during my service visit and made sure to document each one. After the diagnostics were completed, he explained that one issue was due to user error, while the other would need to be evaluated every two weeks to properly diagnose the problem. He did not create false issues or push unnecessary, immediate repairs. Alaa was professional, honest, and transparent.

I had my car serviced at Landmark Honda this past Monday, and I have to highlight how exceptional Morgan Spring was as my service advisor. From start to finish, she was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to clearly explain what my car needed, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. It’s rare to come across someone who combines great communication with real care for the customer’s experience, but Morgan absolutely did. She turned what’s usually a stressful errand into a smooth, easy visit. Highly recommend asking for Morgan if you’re bringing your car in for service — she’s excellent.

We've had our hondas serviced for 14 YEARS at landmark honda. We keep coming back because their service has consistently been EXCEPTIONAL in every way: honest & excellent diagnoses; careful & top notch service & repairs when needed; reasonable pricing; never had to take a car back to have work done over! We've kept going there NOT because it's "Landmark Honda", which has been owned by several different auto companies. We keep going back for 1 reason: some specific exceptionally honest, expert, caring service professionals. We've had the privilege of being served by the following exceptional professionals dedicated to honesty, integrity, & excellence in customer service: (1) Richard Sherff- service lane manager; (2) David Mendez-service lane manager; (3) Robert Sloan- senior auto technician/mechanic, who is simply an ultra-reliable "wizard" diagnostician & solver of all auto ailments. These days it's all too rare to find auto repair professionals of their high caliber, integrity & honesty. We are very grateful for their excellence.
