I'm new to this area and looked up auto shops near me and found this place.. I went and got my spark plugs done by Jose and I was very happy with the customer service I received from him.. I had another problem with my car and had to come back and get my car checked and worked on again. I came across Chris who is the owner I think he went above and beyond to help me in my situation and I'm extremely grateful for him and getting my car fixed as quickly as he promised.. I will continue going to them because they are great and really care about the customers and their needs.. This shop and it's owner, Ralph, are fantastic. I found them to be very helpful, honest, and skilled. For my old car he recommended and did a quick patch of the exhaust system to keep the car functional and quiet rather than a very expensive replacement (not worth it on the car). I will continue to use this shop as my first choice. Just a great owner-operated local business with fantastic customer service.

I recently reached out to this auto shop to inquire about body shop repairs via their number posted on Google Maps. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. During the phone call, the gentlemen I was having a conversation with hung up on me, and when I tried to call back, I was sent to voicemail. I was definitely left disappointed but now I know if that’s how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine what they do to their vehicles.
