Chris McGrane, the service advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria went above and beyond to get us an appointment when our Sprinter's check engine light come on. With his help and Brian in the parts dept we were able to trace the cause to a bad fuel filter and get on our way.

5 star service! Every member of the service department treats you like a valued customer. If you have a problem with anyone here, then you might want to look in the mirror to explain a bad experience. Loaner cars have been available about 80% of the time since I schedule appointments as early as possible. My wife has gotten a loaner for her car 100% of the time. Loaners have included '21 GLA, '21 GLC Coupe, '21 GLB, '20 CLA. Mind you, this review is dated 4/3/22 while we purchased back in 2019. Disclaimer: I only give 1 star and 5 star ratings. Nothing else is really worth your time or mine in my opinion.

Had a good experiences. Provided me with a loaner while they changed the oil and placed two new tires on my Benz for a day. Also offered to deliver my car back home when they finished and pick up the loaner car. They also let me pick which car I wanted to drive so that was a plus.

could not make a appointment by phone or online for four days. so I had to make appointment in person. I drop off my car 7am in the morning but they did not take a look until next day 11am. when they gave me estimate it was 3 time more than local service station and if they fix, there not sure about the solving the problem on my car. Bottom line is they extremely over charge everything and mechanic are not sure about the job they do. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER

Very frustrating experience. I had scheduled a service a month in advance with pickup and drop off. An hour after pick up time and no one shows up. After trying to reach someone for over an hour on hold, I was informed that they could in fact see the reservation but their system did not show them the pick up request. Operator was rude and unapologetic as if this was somehow my fault. Finally, after 2 hours, they rescheduled the pick up for later the same day and still did not show up. Day wasted. No phone calls, no updates, no apologies. Very unprofessional.

Called on a Sunday to advise the service department that my vehicle was dropped after hours & discuss the issue. Nikita was very rude & cut me off explaining they had just gotten there. Her attitude alone will have me spending my money at a different dealership. This review is based on the first impression received with her answering the phone.

My vehicle was dropped off at this dealership in January and the service called me one time to tell me that they were busy and I should call back to discuss my vehicle's issues the next day. When I called back, he never answered the phone. I called countless times after that and spoke to couple of people and no one could tell me where my car was. One I asked for the representative that called me, they informed me that he (Austin) was out sick. This was over a month ago and still no call. When I call now, I am forwarded to the voicemail where no one still calls me back. For a Mercedes dealership, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I still do not have any idea of where my vehicle is and I doubt they do either. I would not recommend this dealership's service department, if this is how they do business. Furthermore, I have done business with them before and they were excellent. This time they have completely dropped the ball. It has been almost two months and counting and still no call or response from the dealership. I believe it's time to reach out to the investigative team on a news program. By the way, the only reason I gave this a one is because it is the only way that I can post. It really should be a zero.

The customer service here is abysmal, under the subfloor, in hell. This is my second time coming here for service, and is the second time I almost walked out. No one acknowledged my presence when I walked in. I’m not the Queen of England; but, they literally behaved as if my physical body was not in the room. It was so strange. And yes, I had an appointment for 8 a.m. I eventually asked if anyone was going to help me check the car in, and keeping in line with day, I was ignored. I got slightly louder and was told a representative would help when someone was free. Okay, reasonable. At this point, I’m still standing in the doorway to the service center. No one offered a seat, instructed me to go to the lounge, nothing. Now, it’s getting awkward. I’m still standing in the doorway until another representative felt bad and decided to help me. It’s just unacceptable. And, I’m only writing this review because this is the 2nd time this has happened which means it’s a culture issue. Fix it.

Terrible customer service. All of the associates were just sitting around one person’s desk just talking loud and using profanity. The associate Cesar was so unprofessional and not helpful. He was yelling at me from across the room to tell him my phone number so he look up some type of profile. I came there because my screen on my brand new car was frozen. He said he attempted to reset it and it didn’t work & that I had to wait 3-4 days later for them to look at it. Without the screen working, I couldn’t connect my cell phone, couldn’t turn on the radio, couldn’t see the temperature in the vehicle, nothing. When he gave me no other options or advice for me to get it taken care of, I left the Service Center and got on YouTube. I was able to reset my own screen by watching a 2 minute video. You mean to tell me these are Mercedes Benz experts or experienced workers? Am I the first customer to ever have an issue with resetting the screen? He didn’t even try. I was livid. I will never come back to that location. I will be escalating the issue because it’s unacceptable and disappointing.

Wes Trujillo and staff were anmazing. I have not experienced better customer service anywhere. Great prices and follow-through. Wes was attentive to all of our needs and took the time to make sure we had all the information to make the right decision. In the end, he put us in not one great Mercedes but two. Don’t go anywhere else to buy a car. Go to Wes first and you won’t need to go anywhere else.
