The owner here is not very nice. Someone referred me to this place mentioned he knew the manager. On my second visit after purchasing tires from here he was very rude to me. Im all about good customer service especially since I am paying for the service that will benefit your company. The good pricing seems nice but bad customer service and horrible products. I bought new tires here a year ago and i have had two leaks already that needed to be fixed. I tried going back here but he said he was busy and on lunch when there were two other guys in the office with him. He then told me I could go ask the guy outside that was working in the warehouse. His tone and demeanor to me was very unwelcoming. I left and went to another place that helped fix the leak in my tires purchased from there.

I plan to make this my tire place. Very competitively priced and very fast. I came in toward the end of the workday today, and they put two new tires on my car and got me on my way in less than ten minutes. Walter is friendly and runs a good business. It's nothing fancy but come here and support a local business.

What a great experience! Twice we have had tire issues and twice J.C. New & Used Tires took great care of us. This isn’t a fancy new place but don’t let the exterior stop you from stopping in if you have a flat, or need a tire. Fair, friendly, professional service. I will definitely be back to take care of my tire needs.

I’ve bought 3 tires from here and all popped within 6 months. Terrible quality and the people are rude. I’d assume they’d accommodate you for their tires having such terrible quality and give a discount to have it patched at least. Don’t go here. Waste of money and energy.

My son and I came here on a whim to get new tires. They had a great price. The owners son had all four done and balanced within 20 minutes and it was probably less time. The owner is a very personable person whom I talked to for a few with my son. Everyone at this shop are hard workers and very friendly. I will be back for anything I need. You can trust this shop. Honestly invest in a new set of tires that will last longer than the used ones. They are fair in price. Give them a shot!

My daughter was in DC for the weekend and hit a pothole, blew a tire. Driving back to Atlanta on the mini-spare was not realistic Found J.C. New & Used Tires on Google. They had a used tire that was an exact fit for her Subaru. Installed the used tire and rotated the right side to move the used tire to the rear for $60. She is safely back in Atlanta. J.C. New & Used Tires service was reasonable, quick, and cordial. They definitely helped make the best of a bad situation !!

One of my tires was perpetually low, so I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and they found a nail in one tire, patched it up, and sent me on my way in less than 10 minutes! Quite frankly, I don’t have a lot to compare to but $40 for a patch and filling all my tires with air I think is pretty reasonable. Great service & I would definitely come back if I have any other tire issues!

I initially bought 4 tires from Walter the owner 10 yrs ago. The tires were great for the price! Since then if I get a nail in my tire or need a rotation I simply just stop by. All of the men who work there are fast and there’s no waiting around in a waiting room like the other tire places; I don’t have to wait long. I recently made an emergency stop at J.C.’s Tires and Walter happened to be there. Idk why, but the 185/55r16 tire size isn’t easy to find. Well, Walter happened to have one for a good price. Also, while there Walter’s son Christopher did an inspection of my tires and told me another one needed to be replaced bc it’s got a bubble in it and he showed me. I really like J.C. New and Used Tires bc they’re fast; they care; and, their prices are amazing!!

I have probably had tires put on 40 wheels at this place and they have always done a fantastic job and been extremely fair with the pricing. They are fast, friendly, helpful and fair and I am glad they are in business. It sure beats the other local alternatives and the big box stores.

I got new tires at this place they were fine. But one of my nut lug screw was torn off because they had to take the lug out. The owner told me he was gonna order a part and call me after a week. So I trusted him and waited. A week goes by I call the shop and the tech who picked up the phone said they don’t do lug nut service there and that the owner wasn’t there. So this is disappointing when the owner tells you they do put the lug nut screws back on and said they would order it and never got back it’s just bad service on their end. Had me wait a whole week now I have to look for another place to have my lug nut screws replaced that they broke.

No nonsense, low prices, fast service. I had a slow leak, a previous tire plug was not holding. They tried patching it from the inside but the patch would not hold against the sidewall/edge of tread. They were willing to let me leave with the slow leak without charge but offered to replace the individual tire or all four. I was going to try and limp it through before shopping for all new tires as these already had 60K on them, their price and speed made it worthwhile to get four new tires. It was like watching an Indy pit crew. I was in and out within 35 minutes in the middle of the day. Very personable owner, it was a pleasure doing business.

Tire bad from dry rot, no repairs made. Was gonna tip for the help, but ended up getting charged for tire removal and reinstall -- I could've put it back on myself, literally not hard 😔🤷‍♂️ disappointed
