In the past this place was fantastic. I’m not sure what’s happened in recent months but Ive had two very bad things happen. The first bad thing to happen was my front tire went completely flat after they rotated it. The second bad thing to happen was they forgot to put our oil cap back on and the oil splashed all over our car and filled up the front light. Unfortunately, with two bad screw ups like this I can no longer be a patron of this store, which is a complete shame.

First oil change on new car. Jiffy Lube Technician forgot to attach under engine oil cover. Fell off vehicle going down the highway. Local manager isn’t providing contact info about franchise owner to discuss damage and how to file claim for vehicle damage. Have provided contact info with local manager but have yet to have any contact from company on steps to resolve issue. Stay away from this business

Called to get brake service on Volvo. The gentleman stated he love to do it. But did not have the equipment to put in to service mode. Which is a big thing on Volvo’s. I very impressed with honesty & knowledge & professionalism. I may not have gotten my brakes done. But you can’t be the service I got for free.

I usually love the speed and efficiency of Jiffy; however, driving home after a recent service my washer fluid indicator light went on. When I got home I checked and the washer fluid was completely empty. Since this is one of the boxes they routinely check off with standard oil change service, I can only assume other checks were not completed, much less the actual oil change. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am as I’ve always relied on them for quality and integrity.

Terrible customer service. Had to wait 10-15 minutes before even being acknowledged by any employee. Bay was full of cars but the guys were standing around outside running their mouths. I will never be getting my vehicle serviced here, nothing but foolishness. going on in this establishment.

They dont listen to you and over talk you. They pick your oil rather than ask you. I had a bulb thats bad I have the part since not a single place in 4 states has had them and they wanted to charge me 130 dollars to put it in. The little blonde kid has a little chip on his shoulder. This just reminded me why I stopped coming to jiffy lube. They also put my old drain plug in when OEM requires it to be chnage each oil change and they also are a half quart short of what my truck requires.

I went to this location because it was near my job, not my normal location. I was shocked when I was asked to get out of the car and wait inside. The floor was slippery and the manager who saw me slip made no attempt to wipe up the floor, another customer actually asked me if I was ok. The manager told me that the prices at this location were higher and I still do not understand why, as the service provided was less than I receive at my normal location. He seemed more focused on trying to upsell me than listening to what I said I wanted. What was the point of having me leave the car if you were not going to vacuum and clean the windows (which are advertised as part of the signature service oil change)? The conversations held by the manager and technicians in the service bay were clearly audible and their use of racial slurs and expletives certainly have no business be heard by customers in the waiting room. I would not recommend this location.

My windows and windshield were not cleaned, nor was the inside vacuumed. I even had to ask if they could put air in two tires which were low. Really makes me wonder if the fluids were topped off. Hopefully the oil change was completed! Completely disappointed by my recent visit. Prices went up since my last visit but the standard services were not completed.

I pulled into Jiffy Lube on Duke St. for an oil / filter change. All went well. Job was done quickly, with only one car ahead of me. Somewhat pricey compared with Walmart and certain other competitors, but I'm not complaining. Service was efficient, staff was polite and helpful. Duke St. in Alexandria is a major thoroughfare, making Jiffy Lube convenient to access.

Great service, and the employees were so polite and helpful! They explained the reasoning behind their recommendations, were efficient and so kind. I needed an oil change my tires filled, plus my windshield wipers replaced. After leaving, I realized that my wipers still weren’t spraying ( they hadn’t been due to issues caused by another facility) and so called them back to make sure there wasn’t a misunderstanding about the service. As soon as I returned, they examined under my hood to make sure it wasn’t a motor issue and realized that a line had been disconnected. ( once again, NOT their fault) An employee quickly fixed it for me right as I sat in my car! I’ll definitely be coming back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
