Great job on my oil change. Got new wipers and break fluid while we were there. They were speedy and very considerate, even though a huge storm swept in and the power went out. Mechanics helped us exit the waiting room into the bay, making sure we didn’t slip!

Crew members were quick to get the oil change. Before they got started I informed them I would like to know what services my vehicle needed. I informed the sales rep I wanted to have the vehicles fluids checked. And I inquired about tire rotation services. I expected the total of the services to be a little under 200 or possibly about 220. The sales rep had me sign for my service and provided me with a receipt of sales that turned out to be for a different customer who was having a company vehicle serviced. And then after this error was noticed by a crew member I learned that the sales rep associate qouted me incorrect prices for additional service for filter and had the application of an engine treatment i did not request for an additional charge. And the information he had entered into their system for my vehicle license plate was incorrect. BUT the even more annoying part was desoite requesting to have the tires rotated When I asked the crew members about the rotation I was informed that the associate had not relayed my request to them and the service had not been performed. As I was about to drive away while trying to calm my growing agitation and wondering if there were any other surprises I noticed the check engine light was now on. The light had not been on before my visit. When I inquired about this issue I was informed that the system should have been reset thus removing rhe light notification. When the attendant I spoke with went to speak with the crew members I overheard him being told they had reset the system. The attendant I had spoken with was kind enough to come to my car and reset it himself. After paying nearly $290 I left the business with zero confidence that my vehicle and myself had been given the kind of service that would make me want to do any future business with them and feeling like I should take my vehicle to a more professional service shop where the sales rep actually listens and understands what the customer is requesting. Id recommend folks not trust this shop until these issues are guaranteed to not happen again

I have been to this Jiffy Lube more times than I can count, for a variety of reasons, and they really are the best. They are knowledgeable, thoughtful, super nice and considerate. I can't say enough good things about them.

Great Service and Communication at Jiffy Lube! I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today. They took care of my oil change and brake pad replacement quickly and professionally. Maurice (Mo), who worked on the brake pads, was especially helpful—he kept me informed every step of the way by calling to let me know what was being done and how long it would take. I really appreciated the clear communication and efficient service. Thanks to the whole team, and especially Mo, for making the process smooth and stress-free!

Long story short: Go anywhere else. My family has been going to Jiffy Lubes for the last 20 years, and we trusted them. That has been broken due to my experience, which happened within 2 weeks. Went for a full car check-up (4/19). They fixed parts while adding random stuff that I did not understand, and it took 5 hrs when they claimed it would only take an hour and a half. They completely missed an issue with my catalitic converter, nor did they tighten a tire rod properly, which popped out while driving. I had to get the car towed there on Wednesday (5/1), and it didn't get it worked on until Friday. They even said they didn't know if they could get to it by Friday. I called twice to ensure it would get worked on as I went back due to mechanic error. The mechanic even told that he was "distracted" and "in a rush" since I was there the entire time. There was no accountability to the fact that I could have been involved and caused a much larger accident if I didn't pull over immediately and been on a busier street. Two cop cars had to sit behind my car as I was in the way of traffic when the tire rod popped out while driving. When it was finished, they admitted to performing the tire rotation wrong, which they fixed the second time. As they were pulling my car out, the mechanic (same one claiming to have been "distracted" on my first visit) hit another customer and dented my bumper, which I got half an apology for, and the mechanic was required to be drug tested. They said they would look at the security footage to see who was at fault (the other customer or the mechanic), but never did nor take any accountability to the damage on my car and the other customer's car. The damage to my car was a sizable dent, multiple small punctures, popped the right side of the bumper out of place, and a paint job. Once that was settled, I got in my car and saw 3 lights on since they didn't clear them. That was followed by a weird grinding sound that they "diagnosised" as a problem with my differential, but did nothing about since it was the tow trucks fault...I had to be towed due to Jiffy Lube's error. It's just not the place to go if you want reliable work done on your car.

I brought my car in for a tire repair (April 8) and was told that I would need a new tire. When they change the tire they broke my hubcap. ( how did this happen?) I was told they needed to order one and they would replace the hubcap that was broken at the jiffy lube. Today is May 2 and I am still waiting on a call and a new hubcap for my 2022 Nissan Altima. I tried to call and no one has answer the phone. I need this situation taking care of as soon as possible. I have a picture of the tire with the nail with the hubcap and the new tire with no hubcap. Inconvenient that I have to reach out to a Corporation and this needs to be resolved . K. Owens

We drove across town to get to this location before they closed yesterday. We are new to the area and we now know where to come to bring our cars. The customer service was amazing. From the manager to the workers. They went above and beyond to help us make sure our car was fixed before they closed. The experience we had was like no other. I appreciate the service we received yesterday.

Please check the review before you visit this oil change. I have the worse customer service experience here and they charged me double. Before I call the store and they told me including oil, filter and labor and +tax it would be $79. But they charged me 113$.

What a terrible job you did. You lost my oil top. I called Hector, the assistant manager, and he said he’d call me back. It’s been an hour. I doubt he’ll call. You don’t care about the business. I realize that when I hear the engine was making a weird noise you guys need to be out of business. The only reason I don’t give you zero stars because I don’t have that choice.

Oil change and tire rotation was quick. However, someone had some kinda grease or something on them, and it got all over my front seats and center console. When I got home, I had to use leather cleaner to get rid of the mess they made. Not cool! Another reason for the 3 star review- immediately after I left, my car gave me a low tire pressure alert. Luckily I'd only gone a few blocks so I just turned around. They were supposed to inflate the tires as part of the service, so I'm not really sure what happened there.

Service and speed were ok. I felt that the technician was trying to push me for synthetic over regular oil, even though I have been bringing that car to the same location for several years and I never asked for or used synthetic oil. Same for replacement of engine air filter. I had replaced it maybe six months ago and it only had a minor amount of dust and leaf clippings. He said it should be replaced and I told him no, it was fine. Additionally, my TPMS readout told me that the tires on the right side were not inflated to the same level as those on the left side (5-6 psi difference). I’m guessing they didn’t check/inflate the right side tires.

Mo is amazing! I came in for an oil change and Mo took great care of me from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything that was being done to my car. I can’t thank Richard and Mo enough! After I was run off the road and popped my tire, they really went above and beyond to take care of me. When they realized they didn’t have my tire size, Richard personally went out of his way to take me to get a new tire so I could get back on the road safely. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care turned a stressful situation into one I’m truly grateful for. Highly recommend Jiffy Lube—Richard and Mo are the best!

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Ruben. From the moment I walked in, I was very confused about what services my car needed and what oil were appropriate to use. Ruben was extremely helpful, patient, and respectful throughout the entire process. He clearly explained the pricing, went over what I could and couldn’t use on my car, and made sure I fully understood everything before moving forward. What really stood out to me was how much he genuinely cared about the customer experience. He took the time to explain the services offered at Jiffy Lube and made sure I understood what maintenance might be due on my vehicle. He didn’t rush me or pressure me—he made sure I felt comfortable and informed.highly recommend asking for Ruben if you want someone who will take great care of you and your car.

I’ve been having my oil change at jiffy lube for years, today will be the last time. I allowed a change of interior air filter simply because it needed it, at a price of $45. To charge me for a “cabin air and deodorizer service” at $44.99 without consulting me about it, is outrageous! I may be at fault for not reviewing the services rendered, but these guys attempt to sell you services that you don’t need. Read the services they will be doing carefully. I’m done with bully lube and you should too.
