This place is great. You go into the office and they take you right in, with a waiting room to sit down or watch TV for an hour while your car gets worked on- no matter what time of day it is! The owner of Alexandria Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement Specialist himself happens to be really nice too; he'll even help out if there's any way that we can get our rearview set up as well before leaving.

I made an appointment to have, what I thought was, sap removed from my windshield. I went to move my car directly in front of my home 15 minutes before the appointment started. After I parked it, I realized the sap was already gone!! They located my car, the sap, and removed it before I even knew they were there. And they did it for free!!! How neighborly is that? I wanted to offer my services as a Respiratory Therapist in return. That might come in handy. Wow. Right? What a great local company. Thank you. And your windshield repair company is the only one I will ever use.

I wish I could leave a review about my experience, since Windshield Repair is so well-rated and was my top choice for a recent chip fix. Unfortunately, after filling out the website form and calling multiple times over the course of a week I never heard back from the business. I even got in the car to drive to the physical location and see if they could squeeze me in, but the GPS took me to a random street corner in Old Town with no real location. I’m inclined to assume I must have made some sort of mistake but all I can say is that it was impossible to get in touch with this business. Edit: I appreciate the sincere response I have received from the business on this review, and that their team is taking steps to amend future communication strategies. I hope this leads to a better customer experience and I am willing to consider Windshield Repair Alexandria again if there is an improvement.

I read a few reviews and made an appointment with Victor. Victor showed up within two hours. Victor has one of the nicest personalities. He was punctual and he explained the repair process. He did a satisfactory repair, which is hardly noticeable. I was impressed. Hi, Hello, I would like to bring to your attention that the address listed on Google Maps appears to be incorrect. When I visited the location, I found a large auto workshop, and the staff there informed me that they do not provide windshield repair services. They also mentioned that they have previously requested Google to correct the listing, but it has not yet been updated. Additionally, I called the phone number listed on Google Maps, and an agent answered. I explained that I needed a windshield repair, and he said he would text me his contact information so I could send photos of the chip/damage for a quotation or to confirm whether it was repairable. Unfortunately, I never received the message. I tried calling back afterward, but no one answered. I am writing to kindly ask if you could please confirm your correct address and advise how I may properly contact you for windshield repair services. Thank you for your time and assistance.
