I went here to replace my door handle, my door handle is 30 dollars online but they got it off their supplier for a higher price and when installed on my car the guy didn't screw in all the screws. I didn't realize until I had replaced the window on my car for a separate reason and the other mechanic who replaced the window told me he screw in the screws the first mechanic was too lazy to screw in the first place.

Mr. Marshall is an excellent mechanic. I had a guy who was supposed to be a great experienced mechanic take a look at my car and he told me it couldn't be fixed get rid of the car. I took my car to Mr. Marshall and by the next day I knew what needed to be done and the price was more reasonable then anywhere else I know. I since have only taken my cars to Mr. Marshal. I recommend Mclean auto service to everyone I know.

I just got my truck fixed at Mclean Road Service. I pulled up and Mr. Marshall the owner and two of his mechanics were outside of his garage, i said something doesn't sound right up front in my engine, Mr. Marshall said that's the water pump and i replied you are a bad man if you can tell that and you havent came to the truck and looked under the hood. He popped the hood and all 3 of them said yeap its the water pump,, Amazing. I've been coming here for about 30 plus years and they have always did excellent work, great guaranteed service at a fair price. Mr. Marshall has a 5 star reputation in the community.

Replaced my rack and pinion and it started leaking shortly after a year. He supplied the part. When I questioned the issue he then explains it was only a 1 yr warranty. I wanted to negotiate having it repaired again with us both splitting the cost he refused. I spoke to a certified dealer technician and he explains if it’s installed properly I shouldn’t have had any issues. I decided to never do business with this place again. I had to spend more money to purchase another part & have it replaced again. And I have no issues NONE!!!! I would definitely not recommend this place.

When I originally called to inquire about taking my car to this location, the lady answering the phone immediately started helping me troubleshoot my car problem. Giving me advice and guidance without even having my business yet. Once I did drop my car off the service was spectacular! Honest, kind, hard working people were assisting me in every way they could. We later determined that I would need a part for my car. Before even calling me the sweet lady working in the office called a local dealership, found out the part was covered under the manufacturer warranty, and scheduled me an appointment there for the first available. This business could have just ordered the part and completed the repairs charging me for everything. Instead they went above and beyond to assure I was given the best option available. This kind of service is unheard of around here, and 100% will be coming back, as well as referring everyone I know!
