Very happy with my experience with BMD working on my 2008 BMW. Ab, the owner, is extremely honest and fair. The quality of the work was top notch and his pricing is very reasonable. Having problems with your car is never fun, but having someone like Ab and BMD auto to go to makes the experience much less stressful. I'll be taking all auto repair work here in the future as well as recommending everyone I know do the same. Ab did mention that he works on all makes and models.

I had an recently taken my car to mini cooper due to an alert that I kept receiving. I was told that one of my rear tail light bulb was faulty and the entire assembly needed to be replaced. Well, I decided against the repair because it was too expensive. So, I went to Mr. Tire on South Picket street and they could not figure out the issue but referred me to AB, the owner of BMD 2 doors down. Well, AB, confirmed the same issue as mini copper and gave me a price quote that was significantly cheaper than mini cooper. Bare in mind, I never divulged the price mini cooper quoted to me until he had provided me with his price quote. I was very pleased and appreciative of his honesty. Overall, he was very polite, respectful, knowledgeable and most of all, honest. My car was fixed very quickly and no more problems for now. AB, has definitely earned my business. Any problem big or small, he is going to be my go-to guy.

They'll usually tell me if they run into something that needs attention, and advise whether it needs attention soon or can wait a while, and Abi is willing to work with me around scheduling and my budget

I recently broke down on my way to Florida from New Hampshire going to my brothers funeral. After a dealership tried to take advantage of my dilemma and charge me ridiculous prices for the repair to get me back on the road I located this shop. Ab was very accommodating and told me he would absolutely repair my vehicle as soon as possible. It was Saturday evening right as they were about to close until Monday (a holiday) He provided me a towing company phone number to get my car to his shop from the dealership. I rented a car to get to the funeral and Ab took care of my car as soon as could on Monday. He kept me informed and repaired my car that day! The workmanship was professional and expedient! The price was more that fair! I am forever indebted to Ab and his crew! Professional and super accommodating shop! They are very unprofessional. They make an appointment with me 2 times. And 1st time they told me come next week becasue they dont give me any time just told me come on Saturday. When I went there at 12:30 they told me oh I thought you are not coming so we pick another job. Next Sarurday come by 9 when I went there at 9:11 he told me I am not doing it today. Come by Mon-Friday. I told the guy you gave me time he said I change my mind. They are very uprofessional. I will never recommend anyone to go there. I drove 34 minuet every time to reach there. Very poor service

I really appreciated the service I received on my BMW. After the dealer identified several thousand dollars worth of maintenance on my car, I took my car to BMD and received a much more reasonable quote. I also received much more personable service here. AB took the time to look over my car with me before hand, point out and explain issues, and discuss my concerns. While repairing my car he identified an additional issue, sent me pictures of the problem, and spoke to me about the fix which was reasonably priced.

I love BMD Auto Repair! I drive from Woodbridge just to get my oil change done, bypassing several other auto care businesses. I also always drop my cars for any kind of issues, Mechanical or Electrical no matter what is the problem, these guys will take care of you. Their hours work with my busy schedule and they are fast, efficient, and friendly. I really like the fact that I can stay inside my vehicle until they come and get me, this process helps cycle customers in and out without everyone congregating in the waiting room. I was recommended by someone close and I could not be happier. They were professional, quick turnaround but most importantly good work and very competitively priced. 10/10 definitely recommend, i was out in 3 hours! I called late in the day and the owner answered. I told him I wasn't sure if it was my starter but I believed so, he told me to drop it off in the morning. He wasn't the only mechanic I called but because he was so nice I dropped it off the next morning. He confirmed it was my starter and started working on the car immediately. They even checked other things on my car while I was there. Very reasonably priced, I was out quick!

Very slow, expensive and I’ve repeatedly had to take the work back for one problem or another. AB the owner and lead mechanic got back to me quickly. Charged a fair price.
