I went to get my state inspection sticker, everyone was so friendly and nice. They even offered me pan dulce and coffee while I waited. Great quality staff and work, it was speedy and they even offered me directions to go get my vehicle inspection sticker nearby. I will recommend to everyone! Thank you Lube Masters.

Today, my wife took her vehicle in for an inspection sticker. She had been there before and had received good service. Today, was a different story. After waiting for 15 minutes and she being the only one in the waiting area, she finally went looking for someone and found a person she believed to be a mechanic. This individual was extremely rude to her without any provocation. My wife returned inside and within a minute or so, someone, possibly have service advisor, was very condescending towards her. She explained to this person that she had been waiting for over 15 minutes and no one Had come to greet her or see what services required. When my wife told this person she needed an inspection sticker the service advisor person told her “Well you shouldn’t wait to the last minute to get one!“ When she decides to get a vehicle inspection is none of his business and the attitude is not a great way to run a business. She then decided to take her business elsewhere. B&V Welding is 2 miles away from this snarky business, preforms state vehicle inspections and my wife even received a “ God bless you” when she departed.

This is the place to get work done. It'll be done right for a fair and reasonable price and with the correct parts and men that are at the top of their education and game. Your vehicle is your investment, don't skimp on repairs and tie their hands. These men won't nickel and dime you, if you neglect your investment, your investment will nickel and dime you! They honor auto warranties too. I'm glad I founded these fellas when I needed them the most.

Highly disappointed, my vehicle has been at the shop for a month and not completed. I haven’t received any calls nor updates on my vehicles’ status, I had to call to check on it, I was told by the shop manager that he was going to call me back but never did. I’ve been a customer for a few years don’t know if there’s new management but this never happened before. Feels like there’s a lack of care from the shop manager or he is overwhelmed with work. If they do care about their customers definitely need to show it.

The Lube Masters team did an excellent job. I had an oil pan leak and a water leak and all they had to do was replace a couple of Gaskets and the car was fixed. They didn't try to sell me a new water pump or anything crazy in order to make more money. I recommend them highly because they do good work and have great integrity.

I went there yesterday for the first time for an oil change and was very impressed with the friendly customer service, knowledgeable staff and how clear they were about the entire process. They even let me bring my Bailey pup along (I was at work and got a small break to get my oil changed and I didn’t have anywhere to leave her…luckily they didn’t have any issues with her tagging along). Experience was great. staff was friendly and professional. They were able to get my vehicle in the same day. they diagnosed the problem quickly. Their communication was excellent, letting me know what was needed. They got my car repair quicker than I thought. when I picked it up I told the advisor that I wanted to check out the work and he said please do and if I needed anything to let him know. I popped the hood and was surprised to find the entire engine compartment was clean, amazing. These guys did such a great job, I will definately recommend them to all my family and friends.
