I give my experience at this location 2 stars. I went 2 days of the week and on those days I was rejected and told those two times to go to a different location. I saw on those times there were like 2 guys working with alote cars. I took my vehicle to get tires rotated since I bought them there a long with another set. I was told by worker that they were struggling due to under staffed and supervisor was aware. I was not able to get it done those 2 times and drove 20min. I did go there around 3pm.

I had my car towed to peublos tire and service. I call them if they replace radiator. So I had my car tow to the shop . They call me back a few hrs later that my car was fix. I didn't expect to get my vehicle to the following day. I.ll definitely be taking my mine and roommate vehicle for any mechanical service.

Took in my 2015 Ford F-150 for a simple tire alignment after having had new tires mounted. The mechanic observed a concern during the process of the alignment. The gentleman took the time to come and make me aware, giving me some options that I could do on my own to remedy the issue. He didn't come over to tell me I needed additional work, which spoke to me a lot about his work ethic and that of the business. I highly recommend Pueblo Tires to others.

Came in to have a leaking tire fixed and tires rotated on my Dually. Was there for 2 hours, went to pay and asked what was wrong with the tire and he said he didnt know it was leaking (paper work clearly stated it had a leak. Was asked if I wanted to bring it back another day to get fixed. I declined. Ill take my business elsewhere. Had I not asked I would have been charged for a flat repair that was never looked at or repaired.

These guys are AWESOME. Very knowledgeable and professional. Pueblo can also set you up with fianceing. I needed to do just that as my fuel pump went out and cost over $700 to replace it. I'm retired and on social security so the finance option made it happen. I couldn't do it without it. GREAT PLACE to go.
