The service here is awesome! I pulled up with a flat tire super low and actually had to add a can of fix a flat to get it to them. Service was immediately there. Bobby and his crew took care of the flat and even offered other services without being pushy like other places I've been to over the years. I highly recommend buying tires there. I didn't buy any yet, but when I need too I know where I'm going. The prices were good and they even finance. Cool

Had a great experience with the upgrades I had done at Texas Tire. They had to special order parts. And there was a minor issue that came up when I took it home after a few weeks. They told me to bring it back and they ended up repairing the issue by upgrading the shocks and adding new blocks to fortify the rear lift. I was sure they were going to say it wasn’t their issue. But they did not. They fixed it better than before with zero push back and they were very understanding about it. They said their only concern was that we were happy! Mission Accomplished! Thank you to Carlos and the entire team!

So I had given them a bad review a couple of months ago because they failed to put on the parts that came with the lift,after I notified the service manager Justin, he said they would order the parts and that they wouldn’t charge me, needless to say they refused to put in the parts because of my previous bad review.. so here’s the another bad review..and consumer feedback, make sure you review what they’re putting on. Make sure they put the parts that YOU paid for..

TEXAS TIRES IS 》UNTRUSTWORTHY 《 YOUR HARD EARN MONEY WILL NOT BE WORTH SPENDING HERE IT WILL SURELY GO TO WASTE AND YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE THEIR MISTAKES SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING .. This place is a joke-If you like being lied to and stolen from, this is your place. I left my truck there all day for a simple install and they couldn’t pull it off-so I return the next day at the appointment time and once again they couldn’t pull it off. After canceling the job because I didn’t want to come back a third time, they wouldn’t even refund me my money. Their address is in Harlingen but they run this business like it’s in Mexico. Save yourself a headache and a waste of time.

Justin and Tina absolutely were the best, typically you go in and they attempt to sale you things you don’t need just to get a sale not here, they heard me out and gave me exactly what I wanted. Installment was quick and Justin was accurate and got my truck back to me the time frame he promised me.. good people and amazing work
