★☆☆☆☆ Bad experience, they actually answered when I called except the guy just repeatedly Asked IN AGGRESSION “what’s the model!!!” I told him 3 fkn times what it was and when he realized I told him already, he put me on hold. Anyways I had already ordered the part from Amazon and just wanted to see if it was cheaper locally, he finally answered and said they didn’t carry it. So I let him know either way it’s okay because with his attitude, I’ll always choose Amazon over this rut. Thank you person working at 16:10 on 12/09/2021. Amazon just gained a permanent customer.

★★★★★ The service was good. They had the least expensive spark plugs for my grand caravan by a significant amount. Including Wal-Mart who didn't have them in stock, but did offer to ship them for free to me...from an Advanced Auto Parts store for a $.10 higher cost. Plus, if you order online for store p/u, there's ALWAYS a roughly 20% discount. They will even help you in person and let you order online from your phone while at the store.
