The employees do a good job, but every other vacuum seems not to work. If they aren’t going to fix them, then at least post signs so we know which ones don’t and you don’t have to keep moving your car to find one that does.

Everything WAS great, I used to come here everyday until I went today and there was a skinny blonde lady with short hair, glasses, and a piercing. She started yelling at me because I wouldn’t hit the breaks even though the lady told me to NOT hit my breaks. Then rolls the eyes at me. Everyone else was good until her. GOSH CAN I JUST HAVE A GOOD DAY?!😢

It does a pretty good job. It scratches my car less than I thought it would. With those brushes whipping around slapping my paint. But I don't see any scratches so that's good. The only thing I wish this car wash would do a little bit better is to get the bugs off the front. I am a satisfied customer.

Very disappointed! Been a member for a few years now. Today your tire shine machine left black marks all my vehicle. I went through car wash multiple times trying to get it off. I also asked for assistance unfortunately they told me that I will have to scrub it off myself, which sucks because at this current time I am injured and I cannot do so. Totally sucks to pay for a hands-free car wash, still have to do physical work, and my car looks worse than before I came. No customer service at all. Staff just standing around hanging around doing nothing.

I use this carwash once a month. The last 3 months, the rinse cycle does not rinse off all the soap. I have soap streaks. Also, please work on the vacuum system. I have had to change parking spots that 3 visits to find a hose that is either on, or actually sucking. Yesterday, the guy next to me through his towel on the ground mad because he couldn't vacuum both sides of his vehicle due vaccume issues. He did report the issue to a worker, which says change to a parking spot. Okay, I am going to another North Augusta carwash location next month. Not wasting my time here again me

All my vehicles get washed once a month whether dirty or not. This one had gotten dusty simply from no rain since last wash and had bugs on windshield. After receiving the basic wash, which is one up from least expensive, I drove out with muddy dirt on tailgate and bumper and bugs still on windshield. Asked young lady for assistance and she literally said if I wanted it clean I should have gotten the best car wash and that if I wanted it clean at this point I'd have to pay for another car wash. No recourse and no help whatsoever. Incredible.

To the LITTLE MAN who got smart when I asked him if the vaccums are working. I hope your day gets better! You don't have to have a shitty attitude when someone asks you a question! If you don't like your job get another one! And as in driving out I see tidal wave is being built...I'm so I happy bc they can gladly get my coins!!!!

Something needs to happen management and machine wise. Every time I come here I am hopeful that they have fixed it. Right now there is one person working and she is working her butt off while the manager is sitting on his/her butt in the office. I asked to speak with the manager to tell him the car wash didn’t rinse my car off but blew off the suds and I have been waiting for 10 min and counting. I won’t be back. Thankfully there is another one being built down the road.

Typically our experience with this location is good. But this morning it wasn’t. The hours of operation posted online say they open at 8:00AM. This morning the roll up doors didn’t open till almost 8:10. There were multiple cars waiting in the Walmart parking lot for them to open. Once the roll up doors opened we all eased over there. The guy said they still weren’t open, he was in a shouting match with an old man. We all left. I went to sparkle because it was the closest, luckily there were open. When I passed back by at 8:30 it appeared like they had just opened even though no cars had went through yet or in line. If your hours start at 8, you should be open for business at 8. People plan things in advance. Thanks.

I visited LuLu’s car wash on Hwy 25 in North Augusta, SC on Tuesday evening and purchased the $23 car wash. Everything went well from the gentleman that assisted me in my purchase and the initial wash itself. However, the next morning I noticed a large strip on the back of my Tahoe that was missed and wasn’t cleaned. The next day I revisited this location and spoke with Nevaeha, the Manager - not only did she listen, but she took care of my concern and allowed me to go back through for another wash to clean my entire vehicle. To my surprise, she upgraded my wash for the inconvenience of returning to the car wash. Once I pulled through and the wash was completed, she came over and asked me to pull into a space and inspect everything to make sure I was pleased. I greatly appreciate her level of concern, her wonderful customer service, and her professionalism!! I know the incident that took place wasn’t anyone’s fault, but she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied before I left. LuLu’s is lucky to have an employee like Nevaeha !!

The staff is friendly but this is the only location that I have issues with. Half the time all the vacuums are off or not working so I would have to move my car 2-3 times. The wash clothes are always soaked if they are stocked. Definitely waiting for the new Tidal wave to open up next door.

This car wash is a solid choice with consistently good service. The staff is very friendly, and I appreciate the control they offer over each wash. For example, since I have a white truck, I prefer not to use tire shine because it can be noticeable on lighter paint. They made it easy to turn that option off while keeping my monthly package active. The membership system is tag based, which I like because it avoids the typical windshield sticker other places require. Towels are always stocked, and I have never had an issue accessing them. My only minor complaint is that the vacuums can sometimes be weak. In those cases, I simply move to another one. This has only happened twice in about six months of weekly visits, but it is worth mentioning. Another small observation is that the bottles provided are not always clearly labeled. Some are marked as glass cleaner and some as general cleaner, but the colors are inconsistent. Since I use my own cleaners, this does not affect me. On the positive side, the towel machines and air guns have always worked perfectly. Overall, this is an affordable and reliable option, especially for larger vehicles. I have had no problems with clearance or performance when using my truck, a 3500 with 35×12.5 tires, or my Tahoe.
