Serviced my 2018 BMW at Taylor for 2 years, & purchased all of the required maintenance …Finally opted to trade it in after receiving emails offers from this same location just to have a terrible experience with Rob. Not only was our initial communication nasty, but he later tried to tell me my vehicle (which is in great condition) couldn’t be appraised & may need thousands of dollars for a coolant repair.) I later found out I only needed coolant added because it wasn’t checked during my last oil change in May at this same location. Smh; please do better and hire employees that aren’t racial bias. Thanks.

My girlfriend and I have been shopping for an X3 for a couple of weeks now, and we drove into Augusta, GA from about two hours away to take a look at one of the models on lot at this location. To be frank, the handful of other dealer locations we have viewed prior to this location left more to be desired, specifically when it came to salespeople. This was not the case here, as Hailey Rocafuerte was very personable, easy to speak with, and had exceptional knowledge in regard to all things BMW. We have come to find that these are not a given, but Hailey proved to be an excellent role model for others to follow. While the model we viewed today was slightly out of our price range, perhaps the most disappointing thing was that we could not close a sale for Hailey! I myself am a long-term BMW owner, and our experience today ranks within the top 10% of all my BMW dealership experiences. If the store in our home city picked up an X3 model that we would be interested in buying, we may just ask it to be shipped to Taylor BMW to shop with Hailey again! All jokes aside: great experience, and we look forward to coming back through again.

This by far was the best car buying experience ever. Thank you Taylor BMW, but most of all I would like to say thank you to my sales representative Keenan Mason. I had the pleasure of working with Keenan during my car buying experience and from the moment I walked in the door I was treated exceptionally well. Keenan provided excellent service throughout the entire process and kept me in the loop with weekly updates on the status of my customized my BMW. I would also like to thank the finance manager Ben Davis, he was very helpful and provided great financial services. They have soft hands, they don’t make any more naturally powered cars anymore, their all shitty hybrids that’s bound to have issues, took my car in they said they said they couldn’t fix it, I fixed it in a hour when I got to my house I just didn’t feel like doing it that’s why I took it in, and they did not even fix all of the recalls, they won’t fix my 328 i but they would love to touch their grimy hands on my M5, took my M5 for a fix for a solenoid issue, they swore up and down it was the two on the drivers side even though the code said otherwise, so I fixed the ones on the drivers side and it did nothing to fix the issue, after I replaced the ones on the passenger side it fixed the issue, I recommend going to the one in Greenville if you have the time.

Keenan was exceptional and is a consummate professional! He was extremely patient with us in deciding to buy our vehicle. There was no high pressure salesman tactics that other dealers do or even the opposite as some dealers judge your appearance and decide you’re not going to buy a car. He was engaging and responded immediately to all calls or emails as we carefully made the decision to buy. Luis was also exceptional and I really enjoyed the shared military experiences. Taylor BMW and Keenan will definitely be getting more of my business going forward!

I bought a 100k car from this dealer, it came with stains they would hide from me, broken clip pieces, no temp tags (I was told I would get 45 day temp tags) and horrible customer service. I have been lied to for 3 months with no solution at all except lies that only delayed the process. I have been bouncing back and forth between dealer phones for hours and can’t even get in touch with the management of this dealer. Everything was good and smooth up until actually receiving the car and seeing how horrible they are once you send them 100k.

First, I'm a return customer and both times were in a crunch. Rocky at the front of the house worked with me understanding this was supporting a track car and time was important. Worked out and car made it to event. This time several major issues with motor at VIR that my main builder could't handle during time I had before next event. Call Rocky, yaaa. He was able to push car through, work out problems and get car back to Barber event last weekend. Come to find out Quinn my BMW dealership builder now had taken care of car on previous visit. To Quinn's credit car ran five hot lap hours and no leaks. Best lap 1.51.877. Good Job to you guys.

Looked at a few vehicles in September, but none of them were what I was really looking for, so they helped me with a custom build on an M440xi convertible. Absolutely worth the wait. One of the best service centers around. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They actually listen when you're telling them about a problem. They don't try to upsell you on anything and if a sales associate approaches you about a new car, just tell them you're their for service as they will understand. Overall a great experience...also, they have snacks and coffee, water, and tea. Be mindful, if you own a BMW, I hope you can afford the maintenance. 💰💲

I was a first-time customer at Taylor BMW and the experience was genuinely exceptional. I came in to look at an Audi A5 Sportback on the lot, and we were greeted by our salesman, Mo. Even though he’s relatively new, he carried himself like a seasoned professional—knowledgeable, straightforward, and overall just a great person to work with. What really stood out was that Mo felt more like a trusted advisor than a typical salesman—no pressure, no gimmicks, just someone clearly looking out for his customer. Service Review: Taylor BMW’s service department is fantastic. I drove to Augusta from Florida for a wedding, and along the way my brake light went out. They squeezed me in immediately and even gave me a ride to a nearby shopping center so I could finish grabbing a few last-minute wedding items. They took great care of me, got everything handled quickly, and had me back on the road in no time. Ask for Rocky — he’ll take excellent care of you. HIGHLY recommend. Buy your BMW at Taylor and feel confident knowing their service team will take great care of your investment for years to come.

Before selling my beloved 2014 5 series, I used to have it serviced here. Despite it being an older car, staff always treated me with respect and totally understood my love for the car. I recently was in the market for a new (used) car and decided to casually look at their inventory. Peter was my sales person and I had a great experience. Peter gave me some time to think about the car without pressuring me. I did a quick compare to other available cars in the area and honestly (and some what surprisingly), Taylor BMW's price was the best considering the mileage, the features, and the fact it is certified pre-owned. I appreciate when male sales people do not ask me if I have to "talk to my husband". Peter also was nice to my dog who I had to bring with me. I walked away feeling like I landed a really great deal on the exact car I wanted. It's also worth noting that I didn't feel rushed to make the purchase. It seemed like Peter wanted me to feel like I had all the information and had a chance to truly inspect the vehicle top to bottom. This dealership also has specific expert staff who sit with you and program your phone to the car and teach you all about the infotainment system.

They answered every question I had and if they didn’t already know the answer, they got it fast!! They are just the best to work with! If I could leave 10 stars I would. I bought a used car… and I have been treated as if I bought the most expensive new car on the whole lot. People are so amazing. The service is outstanding. The car is just beautiful and I feel so reliable. They have technical experts there just to help you set everything up. They believe in their brand. They believe in their team, sales and service. They believe in customer service. I worked with Hailie who was absolutely amazing. I was helped by Sam the sales manager, Luis the finance manager, William and Arjian (sp).
