I have used this business twice now. Once after I had new exhaust and the VSC Hicks would not run correctly. They found a broken wire on O2 sensor. The second time the steering column had a steering sensor that was not working and they replaced. They also checked my emergency brake to make sure it was working. They seems to be very honest. They performed the repairs and have no issues. They are quick about getting the vehicle fixed and back to you. I appreciate the great service.

I had a sudden emergency with my car recently, a misfire, which caused it to lose a tremendous amount of power while I was driving on the interstate. I managed to get the car to the office parking lot, and later in the morning had it towed to Quality Car Center Of Evans. They were able to check it the next business day, let me know exactly what they thought needed to be done, fixed it quickly, and then were able to get the car back to me in top running order. It was not cheap, but the repairs were necessary, the pricing was fair, and the work was done correctly. This is not the first time we’ve had an excellent experience with these folks. Highly recommended.

I've had a few okay to straight up awful experiences in Augusta, even from some places with high ratings, this place blows all those other shops outta the water. The folks here really give a damn about what they do and how they treat their customers. Won't take my car anywhere else now.

Everyone is so nice and honest! They let me know that I had things wrong with my car that would cost more than my cars worth, but they recommended that I try to trade it in instead. They would do the work if thats what I wanted but that it wouldn't be worth it for the miles and age of my car. I don't know many places that would do that! Most would have fixed stuff just to make some money instead of being honest like that! I have my whole family getting their vehicles fixed and worked on here at Quality Car Center now! They help accommodate us with rides home after dropping our vehicles off, or if we need a ride to come pick it up. They even help accommodate us if we need to pick our vehicles up after hours! I will never take my vehicles anywhere, but here!

The receptionist was nice when I called to see if they were taking new cars, so I chose to get my car repaired here. I told them what car was doing concerning my epc and engine light. For my first time car shop experience this was the worst ever. When she read invoice over the phone I told her yes to fix repairs. I paid over 1k for repairs. The very next day I drove my car out of town 1 hour down the road my epc and engine light came back on losing power, the same issues. I called to inform them and to see when can I bring it back in the receptionist Katy scheduled me for 3 appointments, each time I went she told me he was booked up. A month later he finally looked at my car and told me they didn’t find any issues but gave me a new invoice for other repairs. I didn’t continue with repairs. I went to pick up my car and was given a $145 diagnostic fee. I asked to speak with the manager. The owner came in the office very rude and disrespectful. While explaining my car issues he was rude telling me NO ITS NOT! I asked him to not talk to me like that. He called the police on me lying saying I wouldn’t leave when they had possession of my keys. When I left out the office him and his wife came running behind me being very hostile. This experience was discriminating and very unprofessional. I would never recommend this place.

I’ve been going to Quality Car Care center for a little over a year now for any and every thing wrong with my car. They have consistently provided me with excellent customer service, and have always been trustworthy with their prices and their advice. I drive a good 45 minutes just to go to the shop and it’s worth every mile. I’ve recommended friends and family to come here whenever their vehicles are acting up as well and I’ve never heard a bad word about them. This is probably the only place I’ll ever trust with my car from here out. Shoutout to Katy for always updating and being so accommodating.

I had issues with my 2019 Ford Ranger truck skipping and misfiring.I had taken it to three different places in the Evans area over the last eight months, including the dealership. None of these places could fix the issue. One of these repair facilities recommended Quality Car Care of Evans, due to their excellent diagnostic skills. The Quality Car Care personnel were able to diagnose my issue and repaired the problem. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to what I've already had done to the vehicle. Quality Work and Amazing Follow Up! I was referred to Quality Car Care by a local tire store. The were prompt and efficient but the part I needed was on back order for many months.
