My husband was gone on deployment and M & B auto repair made me feel at ease knowing my vehicle was in great hands! I was so happy with my mechanic Shane!!! The communication, price, and work was the best I have found in Belton. I had previously gone to other places and they gave me a long list of things that needed to get replaced. Shane was very honest with me and told me what I actually needed! Such a wonderful place that values their customers!!!! I can’t stop looking at the price!!! I was in shock on how affordable they are.

M&B is truly the best Auto Repair Business in our area. We are customers for 10+ years and we can only say good things about their service and quality of work. They are honest and dependable and always charge you a fair price. No surprises. Except today, when they fixed an oil leak and did NOT charge me for it. I still feel bad about it, but Rick said that because I just had a service done the week before with them, he did not feel right to charge me for this. Blown away by his pride in their work and customer service. I will keep recommending M&B to my friends and I know they will not disappoint. Thank you M&B!

I just had a great experience with Ron and this business. I am not a diesel person and needed some work done on my F250 6.0. Ron was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about my particular truck. My truck was fixed quickly and I feel they we're really honest with me. I feel like I was treated extremely well and I had them fix the A/C after the engine repair was done. Thanks to M&B! Will definitely be back in the future! My truck runs like brand new!!

I was on my way to Temple for a medical appointment when my ‘check engine’ light started blinking. I live about 100 miles away from Temple and realized that this needed to be addressed or at least looked at before I headed home. I called Johnson Brothers Ford and, understandably, they were too busy to help me but they suggested I call M&B Auto. I called and spoke with Rick and he was gracious to let me bring the vehicle in and run the scanner to see what was going on. Once he identified the issue, he said “You know what, I think we can have this fixed in about an hour. I’ll call in the parts and have them rushed over and we will get it fixed and get you back on the road.” I can’t thank Rick and the entire team at M&B Auto enough for taking such good and quick care of me and getting me back on the road. Great service from a local small business!

Great service! Making an appointment was an easy phone call. I dropped my car off for the appointment in the morning and they called me before lunch saying it was ready for pick up. No price gouging or endless upsell either! I will definitely come back for any future repairs.

Update 29AUG2019: I was struggling with the purchase of a used car that has new and unfamiliar sounds from underneath, and could not get the steering as smooth as I would like. Rick was instrumental in assuaging my fears that I bought a wrecked vehicle. Rick and The service writers have been serving a Belton for a long time, and I value their opinion. While the car was in the shop having a window motor replaced, they looked the car over, drove it, and determined that I simply have some stubborn tires that need road balancing to smooth the ride. That may not seem like a big deal, but to me, it was a huge help. I just needed to know where to focus my efforts. As you read my original post, I hope everyone picks up on the value of having a quality mechanic and reputable shop sort out any issues if troubleshooting is required. This shop is much better at troubleshooting than any other business I patronize. I try to keep all of my business local, and I appreciate the local business that donate used, but not used up equipment to the local high school. This shop is well known for supporting the high school automotive technology facilities. They are not open weekends, and they can get back logged during the summer, but they are worth the wait. One reason why M & B won’t be the least expensive, is the quality of the parts ordered for your vehicle. Quality parts helps to ensure longer service life of a repair, which will save you money in the long run. The best analogy I can give you is fast food; there is a reason you can buy a fast-food burger for a buck... it may satisfy you for the moment, but you will likely “pay” for it later on. I never have a problem at M & B; I’m not going to have heart-burn over a repair later on. Original post: This location offers automotive services at a good value. They are not the least expensive, but they are efficient, which saves you money. A big thumbs up to Rick for researching items for my Mustang. My recommendation is to drop your car off the night before it will be serviced. Mechanics often appreciate a cooler motor and exhaust when working on a vehicle, and having the car on hand allows the mechanics to efficiently manage the work load. I have never found it necessary to return a vehicle to M&B for a warranty repair. Everything they have fixed for me has stayed operational. I make every effort to keep my vehicles in good operational condition, and when I cannot perform the tasks myself, I look to M&B to make the repair or perform the maintenance. To reiterate; though the shop rate at M&B may be higher than some other locations, M&B is much quicker with troubleshooting and makes good repairs, which saves you money.

After 3 different shops (one being the makers dealership) I finally found an HONEST shop with actual COMMUNICATUON SKILLS. Four years my truck has had this persistent oil leak that somehow couldnt be fixed, not anymore, FINALLY!!9 thanks Shane and your team at M&B, definitely will continue to reach out for all of my future needs.

I took my son's truck there to fix the ABS issue. They weren't able to get to it on the day that I brought it, but was considerate & honest in letting me know that it would be the following day. As promised, it was taken care of and they called me to let me know it was done. I felt the service/pricing was outstanding. (it even ended up being a few dollars less than quoted) It puts my mind at ease to know that there's an auto repair place that is dependable and honest -- very hard to find anymore. They came highly recommended by a few different people that I know and in addition, over a year ago I took my Nissan in for a small issue that I was concerned about and they looked at it and didn't charge me because it was probably owner error! LOL! I would absolutely bring any of my vehicles there again. Thank you M & B!

I highly recommend M&B Auto! My engine flooded and needed replaced, and while my insurance made the process a nightmare, Rick at M&B Auto alleviated some of that. I am so thankful to have a mechanic I can trust. He kept me updated every step of the way and fought for me to get my insurance to approve a good replacement engine. M&B offers excellent customer service and a fast turn around time. Rick even checked on me after I picked my vehicle up to make sure everything was running smoothly. They were fantastic. We took our car to them and we figured to just drop it off as we were having to have it jumped to start. Auto zone had checked the battery and said it was good. They said they would try to work it in but could be a day to three days. As I was calling for rental car (we only have one car) Mike said to give him about 46 minutes to check it, and turned out it was a bad battery. We are so grateful as my husband has health problems and have lots of appointments to go to. Thank you so very much for your help we really appreciate it.

I knew there were possible other problems, so when they called and told us about them I was not surprised. Had my truck within days. Running like new. Payed less than their initial estimate.
