They did a great job replacing my Serpentine belt! They told me they would have it done by 4 p.m and they had it exactly done. Also, the maintenance light suddenly was turning on and the gentleman at the front desk came out with me immediately and reset the maintenance light and switched it off.

I was on my way to Temple for a medical appointment when my ‘check engine’ light started blinking. I live about 100 miles away from Temple and realized that this needed to be addressed or at least looked at before I headed home. I called Johnson Brothers Ford and, understandably, they were too busy to help me but they suggested I call M&B Auto. I called and spoke with Rick and he was gracious to let me bring the vehicle in and run the scanner to see what was going on. Once he identified the issue, he said “You know what, I think we can have this fixed in about an hour. I’ll call in the parts and have them rushed over and we will get it fixed and get you back on the road.” I can’t thank Rick and the entire team at M&B Auto enough for taking such good and quick care of me and getting me back on the road. Great service from a local small business!
