Swifty Indeed!!! We just rolled in this morning...about 15 min after opening and we were seen right away. It took less than 10 min. Tracy is an exceptional employee! He is a very kind gentleman.. A little kindness goes a long way. Don't waste time sitting in the dealership or going anywhere where other auto work is happening. If all you need is your inspection, then this is the place to stop. We were in and out very quickly, the "swifty" name is accurate! The gentleman that waited on us was very courteous and professional. We also had a question about whether there were other places that we could get our registration since we would not make it back to our normal place before it closed. He was very knowledgeable and told us we could get our registration at the CS desk at HEB on 31st. We had no idea.. that saved us time and trouble!

Tracey was awesome and very patient. My insurance had expired three days ago, but my insurance company hadn’t sent me proof. He waited until I contacted them and accepted the electronic version so he could continue with the inspection. Everything was good and I was out of there in just a few minutes. I love this place. The gentleman who services this place is so polite and efficient. He does his business really quick. No long lines, no long faces, always a great service. Last time he even recommended someone who could make one of the vehicles' glass tinting legal for TX ( who happened to have reasonable prices and was readily available and did the work very quickly.
