I brought my vehicle in after an accident, my insurance was trying to get away with using a junkyard part to replace the faulty part in my vehicle. This was a huge safety concern for me and Mike went above and beyond to fight for me and advocate so that the insurance would make it right. This will always be my shop of choice. They do what’s best for the customer and I cannot sing their praises enough. They really do what’s right for the customer and go above and beyond.

Keep your money. Spoke with them about working on a vehicle and they don’t communicate. Big John said they will work on it, didn’t give a date. Called back, and they changed their minds about working on our vehicle after a month’s process. Unreal and disappointing. Check out other family owned places to get your work done. This place will leave your vehicle sitting or decide they don’t want to work on it.

The owners kept me updated on the status of the parts, and were able to get it fixed as soon as they got the part in and I was able to make the arrangements needed to take the car in.
