Garlyn Shelton Mazda is the Top of the line when it comes to Sales People, Finance Personnel, and Service Personnel. Would not go any place else. They make you feel like you belong there. Great Team all the way around. And besides that I Love my new CX 9 so much room and Handles fantastic.

Had an appointment at this dealership to go look at a used CX-5. The “sales” agent I spoke to over the phone wasn’t actually in sales and was just an online scheduler. Sent me the photos of the car I requested 4 days later. I show up for my appointment (after texting with this person morning of the appointment), I was expecting to meet them at the dealership. I drove over an hour to see this car and I show up and the person I am expecting to meet is not there (because they are not actually in sales). I also come to find that car sold an hour before I got there and they did not bother to call me to tell me ahead of my appointment. They apologized and the general manager even tried to offer me $2k+ off a new CX-5 but it was still $4k over the budget I was looking for the car. This dealership failed to communicate, wasted my time (and gas), and still failed to find me an appropriate alternative vehicle in my budget at equal or better value.

They sold me a car that messed up within 6months and refuse to help me with anything DONT SHOP WITH THEM.! And I’m still waiting on someone to get back to get and it’s been almost a month a waste of time and money… Update still no one reached out to me i been calling and every time I call the manager is busy leave a message for a call back and no one called back.!

I have worked in the past with Marshall at the Mazda dealership. At this time, he referred me to Sal and I worked with him with my recent purchase. I have always experienced respectful professional treatement from Marshall and Sal. They both worked very hard to get me into my car and I appreciated them very much. Marshall and Salahin have great customer service skills and are great business men. They made getting my new car easy and as painless as they could. I’ll always stick with Mazda and it’s mostly because of the excellent customer service that I always receive when I am there especially from the service section as well

First off, I’d like to say that the sales and maintenance departments do a phenomenal job keeping customers satisfied. I purchased my first new Mazda CX-5 from Eric back in December 2023. He’s very knowledgeable and approachable. I’ve had two maintenance visits since the purchase, and the service team does an outstanding job with timeliness and candidness (video link post-maintenance and repair sheet) The finance manager.. I’ve had few interactions with and have been dishonest with me. He sold me an extended warranty package and said I can cancel it anytime. I came back within 30 days of purchase to cancel; and he said he submitted the document and everything was good to go (as shown in the picture) on my first maintenance visit in May, he said “oh, maybe it didn’t register in the system, give it a few more months” On my second maintenance visit earlier this week, he said “that’s funny, it shows on my end that it’s cancelled” but failed to provide me with evidence that it actually was. He then proceeded to hand me the Firstguard contact information With benefit of doubt in mind, I called the Firstguard people and they said they never received the cancellation request from a year ago. He then handed me a cancellation request and told me to try again and to just backdate the request to last year and hope for the best. The finance manager has been lying to me the entire time! And to try to get me to act in the same dishonest manner by filling out a new request with a previous date that he wants no part of. I’ve been paying extra for an entire year (and who knows for how much longer) so that he can collect extra commission on his paycheck. Ive been really let down by this overall experience and the fact that every sale has to go through a finance manager really doesn’t encourage me to recommend this place to other people. Just head down to Roger Beasley instead.

I had an appointment for an oil change, I got there a few minutes early. I was waited on immediately. While I was waiting, I got a video on what they were doing to my car and what needed to be done. Got it all done and a car wash too! It was a really good experience! Good job guys!!

I was probably one of the most challenging customers they have ever had! Didn’t plan for it that way, but, God saw us through the difficulties that made it a perfect sale. Made some lasting friendships at Mazda! They kept their end of a deal as for I did the same! A lasting experience and definitely a learning one! They were alll good to me!!

Horrible after care. The sale went fine then they have ignored my calls for 5 months. Do NOT get their first guard gap/extended warranty. You cancel vis first guard and are told the dealership cuts you a check. This dealership refuses to call me back. Go to another dealer.
