Allen and Mike just gave me a perfect service, professional communication and reasonable price. People here are friendly, I really like the atmosphere here. If you don’t care nothing about your car and just want a cheap price with bad service, that’s probably not your choice. However if you want some nice brothers working on your car, and they know exactly what they’re saying, then I highly recommend you guys to this place. Five stars, and will bring more buddies to them.

I hit a deer on the highway and needed to repair my car. Allen and his team completely repaired my damaged car and when I noticed a small mark on the hood they went back in and filed the claim and repaired it and my car looks great all the damages repaired like new. The repair time was long due to dealer issues however insurance covered the rental and they were willing to cover any additional time if insurance didn’t cover it. Thank you so much guys!

Allen is the Best!!! My baby (2020 Toyota Camry, ) was hit and so hurt. I was referred to him and I'm definitely not sorry he was so helpful throughout the whole thing. Allen helped me get a rental when I dropped off my car, and said it would take about a week, to a week,1/2 and he was so on the money with everything. When I picked my baby up on Wednesday like he said. I didn't even recognize her she looked brand new like nothing happened so beautifully he even installed the Rain guards. I was so happy 😊 I hugged him and almost 😭 he made the scars of a bad situation go away. I'm so happy I was introduced to this place if I could give more stars I would. I'm definitely happy with the service I received.

First and foremost I want to say how amazing Mike is and what a great job his team did on my car. I was in an accident and the insurance wanted to total my car out. A friend recommended MK Auto and I'm so glad he did. All the other dealers wouldn't even be able to even look at my car till April or May and Mike worked a miracle. He not only got the insurance to let me fix the car he had it done in 3 weeks . Thank you so much to Mike and everyone at MK Auto and I Would Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on there car or truck. I really can’t say enough good things about Allen and his team over at MK auto body. My 2018 Audi S6 had a major accent crushing both my passenger doors. Allen, Mike, and the whole crew did an outstanding job bringing my car back to life. The paint work was factory quality along with everything else he touched on the car. His prices are very fair, and being such a stand up guy Allen was incredibly easy to work with. Mike and Allen are outstanding. I believe this is easily the best body shop in Connecticut. This is my second experience doing business with MK and they have gone above and beyond each time. That is the defining theme of MK: 'above and beyond.' It's clear they strive for excellence in all aspects of their business. I recently had my 2017 Honda Civic repaired at MK auto body. I enjoy always taking my car there because Allen and Mike make everything easy and efficient for me.They explained they were going to take care of everything with the Insurance. Excellent, professional service. I saw the reviews online and took a shot. Went straight to Allen and the guy went above and beyond. I went in for a rear driver door and quarter panel fix and he fixed my bumper and trunk that also had a problem from a while back. Everything came out new like it was never there. I will deff go again. Btw don’t get discouraged from the outside of the shop or location the quality of the work is A1.

My daughter is at college. She goes to Sacred Heart. She left her light on and her battery wouldn’t start even though MK is just an auto body. I called them. They said they would help me out. They picked up the car. They charged the battery and they dropped it off for my daughter When I asked Alen how much do I owe him? He said Don’t worry about it it’s on the house. These days it’s refreshing to deal with a business that treats you with respect, honor, and dignity. These are wonderful people if you ever need bodywork on your car MK is the place to take it. I highly recommend them, they do amazing work and they are just good people. It’s rare that you find that in today’s world thank you, Alen.
