This is my go to self service car wash (they also have an automated wash available). Their convenient card readers make it easy to just pull up, swipe and wash. No need for that wad of dollar bills and change in your pocket, feeding the machine when it starts beeping (they have this option too, if that's your thing). I have been a returning customer for the past 5 years and have yet to have a major complaint.

No soap, this is the second time this has happened. The vacuum robbed me of my quarters and the place has no contact info. I understand things happen but seems to be an ongoing issue here.

I usually go here to wash my car and it's always good. I have uses my card plenty. But this time I used it to presoap it and stopped the card to wash it, then started it again to rinse it. Both times couldn't have been more than 4 minutes, it is a small car. But I got charged $10 both times. What gives? Usually I get charged the starting amount which is like $3 or something like that.

Had my car washed but believe it was scratched because it was not obvious where to park in their bay. Clean, wax, and undercoating was good but not happy with no signs. Also, could not hear voice announcements while inside car. Price was reasonable

Best self service car wash in town. The bays are kept clean. There's actually hot water & soap to clean your vehicle with & it's powerful. The bay timers are go by fast so get prepared to make the most of your money. The touchless car wash is a good powerful one if you don't want to use the bays. Been coming here for over 16 yrs now.

Best drive thru car wash I have experienced. Very clean and the property is well taking care of. I appreciate the two workers who actually pre soaked and scrubbed the car front to rear prior to entering. Most car washes your lucky to get any help with that. Car came out very clean after driving from Portland. Didn't do anything fancy but just got the normal wash. The car looked shiny and clean afterwards. I highly recommend this company

Best self car wash in Bend! Coin or card and you can even load a card (for work purposes). I wash my work vehicle every week here. Always maintained and everything always works(unlike the Frog place)! So nice to have owners who care and keep their business in working order. Scott the manager is great too! Thank you.

I stopped here after a long day for a quick self-serve car wash. The timer ran out in the middle of my rinse cycle, so I swiped my card again to finish rinsing and start waxing. I stopped the timer after the final rise with about 4 minutes to spare on the timer. Thatâs when I noticed my car mats were still covered in soap, so I reluctantly swiped my card for a THIRD time to take less than 60 seconds to rinse off my mats and stopped the timer. Come to realize I was charged $10 THREE separate times. My experience would be 5 stars had the advertisement of âstarting priceâ $3.xxâ on the kiosk been accurate. I was thinking $10 for roughly 6 minutes on my second cycle was upsetting enough as it is, but $10 for less than a minute in a single cycle is overkill and dishonest/fraudulent advertising. Super disappointing.

Manual wash worked fine, kind of expensive though. However my hands stunk like fish, and the car smelled when venting air like there was dirty water involved.

It could be a decent car wash IF THEY WOULD PUT SOAP and other chemicals in the mutha*(&$+ing system. As I found it to be a complete waste of time and money. If there are other alternatives in Bend take them.

I did wash my own car which was fine but I wasn't quite done at the $10 limit. So I tried to put in a few quarters for another minute or so. I put in a bunch of quarters but nothing happened and there was no way to get them back (no cancel, coin return, etc). So I ended up having to do my card again for $3.75 but it doesn't tell you how long you get for that so kinda annoying. If the coin thing doesn't work they should have a sign. I wasted $2-3 trying to get it to work. And there's no one working there so I couldn't ask for help.

They have a great touchless system that I can take my Tacoma through with my rooftop tent on my bed rack. If it's on the roof you have to hand wash.

I have to say that this wash is the best I've had in years. I just got my van and it had gone without a wash for several years. M & M had enough pressure to get the moss out of all the nooks and crannies, the top clear coat is coming lose and there was loads of dirt got behind the coating and again the pressure just took it right out. About the only difference between M & M and the pressure car washer I used as a kid in the 70s is that one could also use hot water. Thank you, M&M, for restoring my faith in Oregon. I thought the federal government was cutting your your pressure back.

To be honest it never really feels like i just washed my car, it takes a while to switch settings and the arm always swings around and sometimes knocks you when you least expect it. You can clean the dust off your car for 6 bucks but might as well take it to a real car wash and get it done right for and extra 6 bucks.

Change dispenser doesnât work because I wanted to use there vacuum but. when you call management they do not get back to you if it is even possible I would have done a 0 star review but unfortunately I canât only do a 1 star review Iâll never come back here again I canât even get my money back and the management wonât make it right

Took my last cash dollar bill and still said I needed a dollar. Wouldn't take coins. Didn't even get my car clean. Back, front and sides still have huge amounts of road grime from winter travel. Would not recommend
