I scheduled my car to get it detailed and I dropped it off at the specified time. They told me they would have it ready by that evening. About halfway through the day they call and say that my seat is stuck and they can’t get it to move. Odd, because that’s never happened to me but whatever stuff breaks. They said they could order the part and fix it for me so I agree. The part wouldn’t be there for 2 days which is kind of a bummer but I couldn’t drive my car with the seat stuck so I didn’t really have a choice. The day they’re supposed to fix it rolls around and they say that the store sent the wrong part. Like ok….weird but again I’m trying to be chill. They say they figured out a way to move my seat so I can drive it so I’m like alright sounds good, can I come get it then? They tell me they haven’t finished detailing it yet….it’s been almost 3 days. “When can I pick it up?”, I ask. “Probably around 8pm”, they say. At this point I’m getting super frustrated because not only is my seat still broken but now my car isn’t even ready and this was only supposed to take one afternoon to detail the interior. I arrive at 8pm to pick up my car and it’s still not done…so they’re rushing to finish it which makes me nervous of the quality of work. They finish after about 15-20 min and I leave. The next day I notice a couple issues. 1- an insert for my middle console is gone. I call them and ask if they still have it and they deny it was ever there and say they don’t have it (I'm 100% sure it was there bc without it there’s a hole). Um ok, kind of rude to lose something and then deny it? 2- I notice that the interior of my windshield isn’t even clean. It took me a day because I couldn’t tell as much without seeing it in the sun. Long story short, I’m disappointing with their professionalism, attention to detail, and time lines. I paid a decent amount of money to go through all this and they didn’t even offer me any sort of discount. Honestly, next time I’ll pay more money to go somewhere else. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because they did a good job on the rest of the clean.

Thank you Apollo! It had been two years since I had taken my car to the wash (terrible owner, I know) so I decided it was time for a full blown interior/exterior detail. Apollo did an AMAZING JOB! I almost didn't recognize my car when I went to pick it up, it looked like it was straight off the lot. Can't recommend Apollo enough and will absolutely be back!

We brang in our 2017 pickup, which the previous owners had a big dog they allowed in the back seat. We had Carson detail clean inside in out and it was spotless. They did a really nice job. Highly recommend there services. We will be back. Thank you Carson.

Man I just wanted to like this place based on previous reviews but from beginning to end was just horrible. First, I drop my rig off the night before for inside and out detailing while they’re still “open” and arrive to a bunch of dudes in cars vaping/smoking in the parking lot. No one gets out, no one lets me know I’m in the right place, they just sit there and keep smoking… which is the employees. The next day arrives and the entire day goes by and now they need to keep it overnight which is fine. Next day arrives and they lock the keys in the truck so now they have to come get my spare key. Several hours pass and still no word so I call 1-2 times an hour for the next several hours with no response. Finally get a call it’s done and it’ll be dropped off at 3:30 at my place. Have to call again because it’s 6:00 and not dropped off. Finally arrives at 6:30. Icing on the cake is they left several spray bottles, scrubbers, 5 gallon bucket, and brooms in the back of the truck. A little less “smoking” and they’d probably run a great business. Only reason I can give this place 2 stars is the truck looks great but my gosh what a terrible service to deal with. I had several other trucks I wanted done and won’t be taking them here.

We used Apollo to have the interior of our car detailed - 5 star service!!! The outcome was amazing and the customer service top notch. I was in a bind and the picked up / dropped off our vehicle and also took it for gas because it was almost out! Real life savers and SUPER nice guys;)

Super bummed about having to leave a bad review! First I want to say my truck looks great! He does great on details. But that being said I had a terrible experience. My husband has used him a few times over the years and bought me a gift card for a detail. I scheduled it through his website for 10am on a Saturday appointment. We wait 20 for him to come out. (His friend had to go wake him up). He couldn’t guarantee my truck would be done that day so we agreed to reschedule for the following Thursday at 10am. We made it clear that I needed it back the same day since my husband was going out of town. We were told it would be done around 4. Just before 6 I decided to text and say I was on my way. He called immediately to say he needed another hour and asked if he could drive it back to me. I agreed. Around 6:30 I had a hunch I was being blown off so I checked my trucks remote start/gps app. THAT WHEN I SAW 28 MILES HAD BEEN PUT ON IT. He dove my truck off his property to a self pay car wash. When my husband called him at 7 and asked him why it was driven he said he thought he told us he drives them to another location. Not only did he not tell us but also I double checked his website and nowhere does it mention that. Finally, he dropped my truck off at 8:30 at night after checking more into my remote start/GPS I realize that my vehicle had never started before 130 even though I dropped it off at 10. Honestly, if he was more responsible with time and communication, I wouldn’t be writing this. My truck looks wonderful and it’s definitely the best it’s looked since driving it off the lot however, none of this stress was worth it.

Apollo automotive took me in right away when every other place in Bend had a waitlist 3-4 months out. They even booked me next day! He worked with me on time frame and his price was the most affordable in Bend. I called around to about 6-8 other places to get quotes and he had the best value. I was really nervous having to leave my car overnight but was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up! Flawless! I tried looking for things that were missed but couldn’t find one thing. The only con was leaving my vehicle overnight, otherwise, no complaints! I am totally using this service again and highly recommend this friendly fella to anyone looking for a superior interior car cleaning! Thanks Apollo automotive!!

My son had my car detailed for Mother's Day and these guys did an outstanding job!! My car is over 10 years old and it looked brand new when I picked it up. They detailed the inside, outside, engine bay, and headlights. They did need to keep it an extra day because Carson was not happy with the way the headlights were coming out, so it was worth the wait. Thank you Apollo Automotive!!

My husband and I have 20 collective years of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts customer service experience and to us customer service is everything. These guys cleaned every speck car seat grime, doggo hair, and “dude-car” grunge out of our Lexus today. There wasn’t a speck of dust left on the inside when we came to pick it up!
