I went to the shop to get a turbo put in and immediately after my car was still having issues I went to someone else and I was told that the turbo wasn’t put in correctly and I had to buy a whole new one and get another service done by another mechanic it wasn’t done on time either and I was getting miscommunication from the mechanics at the shop.

The best place to get your work done. Word of mouth travels and MP has been around a long time. The side effect of this is the place is busy; because anyone smart will come here for their repairs PERIOD! So you have to expect this, the best service, the best price, the best people, but BUSY BUSY BUSY BUSY. Be prepared to leave your vehicle and pick it up later in exchange for these benefits!

My experience here was so weird. Went there because I had a noise on one wheel and these reviews were good. Gave him my number and didn’t hear from him for two days to give me an estimate . Called him to see what was up and he said it was done???? He never called with an estimate. He said he takes to someone with my number and they approved two wheel bearings and all new breaks. He just did $700 worth of work w no okay first???!. I would have done the cheaper things myself. He refused to show me a call log of “when he called me”. I’m single and no one uses my phone so it was insane. He also, to save face, said my oil was low and old/black so he put some in. I had just changed oil weeks before and it wasn’t “old” or dark. I’ve never had a weirder experience w a mechanic. It’s a shame as I could have sent plenty of work.

Had a locked water pump and tensioner, and a shredded serpentine belt, feared over 800 in repairs only for this place to charge me only 480, AND have it done the day after drop off. Just got it back, but everything's in perfect working order so far! If anything changes in quality of the work i will update

I get owning a business is tough work and it's difficult to keep up with things, i own my own businesses too... But when you VERY CLEARLY have outlined in your google business profile that you perform vehicle inspections... I as a customer drive 30min each way with that expectation because you advertised that service online. I showed up very early for a vehicle inspection, and they turned me away saying they no longer do inspections. If that's the case, then update your business information and don't waste people's precious time. Poor business management.
