I took my car in for all 4 tires to be replaced and my experience was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful and followed my instructions to keep 2 of the 4 tires I was replacing. I had a little trouble at first because I had ordered a set of tires online and the order had been 'lost' so I was issued a replacement order and was told they were at the store and ready for pickup. When I got to the store they told me the tires weren't there yet but looked into it when I explained the situation and they found the tires. The mechanic notified me that one of my rims was bent and I freaked but he was able to bend it back into place and mount the tire. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because it took SO LONG. I was there a little over 3 hours.

Depending on what you need, the morning is probably the best time to go. They're having an employee shortage for some reason. It took them more than an hour for them to change my tire but come to find out I had a Walmart card in my wallet for over 10 years and it paid for a brand new tire mounting, balancing, road hazard and still have money left on the card. I was totally amazed that I had all that money on that card and didn't know it. I even had enough for a brand new fishing pole. Now I just need the time to go use it. You would think it wouldn't be that hard to find the time now that I'm retired, but it is. It was a real good Monday for me.

I called this Walmart on a Saturday afternoon and spoke with a gentleman about getting my back tires replaced. I asked, "Do you have availability today or tomorrow to replace two tires?" He replied, "We are all booked up today but you could come tomorrow." I asked him, "Do I need to make an appointment or is there a time that works best?" He said, "No, we open at 7am and you can come in at any time." The next morning I haul my newborn infant in the car with the spare tire on, drive almost 25 minutes to get to this place (as most people know you shouldn't drive on a spare more than necessary), I arrive first thing in the morning and when I walk inside no one is at the counter. Two people come from the back and one of them asks if I need help. I tell them I need my back tires replaced and an oil change. First they say, "We won't be doing oil changes today." I say, "That's fine" Then they say, "And we are only taking appointments today and we are all booked up." They had no idea who I would've talked to the day before, they offered me absolutely no help or advice, and didn't even ask if I wanted to make an appointment for later in the week. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. This was a complete waste of my time and caused more stress from having to drive the car even further out to get it fixed elsewhere.

Well done! I certainly feel like this place deserves a higher rating than its average. I went in for both a tire rotation and oil change, and each of these took less than 20 minutes before I received a notification. Very fast, and very reasonable. Performed on a Monday morning.

Such a terrible experience I went 2hrs before I had to get my child from school I just needed my battery replaced I waited a hour an a half and they never pulled my car back even though I was told it wouldn't take long when I got there. I left went and got my child came back waited again over a hour just for them to tell me they're out of the battery my car needs. So y'all couldn't tell me that when I first came back had me waiting with a fussy baby and toddler for over a hour FOR NOTHING. Didn't even apologize. On top of that someone stole my bags out of my shopping cart and they could care less. They stand around while there's a line instead of doing their job. The lady at the register was so nice but she was so stressed poor lady. The men are terrible all of them. And I had to leave scared my car wouldn't start because my current battery is bad. Never again. Lesson learned

Truthfully I am never one to complain or write reviews other than well earned compliments. With that being said I couldn't help but feel I needed to share my thoughts on my experience today. I came in for an oil change and to fix a flat. After waiting in line for an honest twenty minutes I was finally helped. I began to tell the front desk about the services I needed today and was immediately interrupted by the woman behind the front desk. Again I am not one to complain and I understand everyone has bad days at work so I shrugged it off. Throughout the process of her gathering my information she was very short and had come across very rude. I gave them my keys and was told it would be a wait, which I had agreed would be okay. After two hours of patiently waiting I was called to the desk and told they couldn't fix my tire. It took them two hours for an oil change and to check my tire. At this point my patience had worn pretty thin, I understand they were just following the guidelines that were given to them from Walmart itself but two hours seems a bit long. I asked for them to put my spare tire on and I would go elsewhere. I drove down the road to a tire place that happily fixed my tire. Best part was it was finished in under twenty minutes and they were extremely helpful and kind, not to mention had twice as many cars in its lot to be worked on. Now I have made the mistake of going to Walmart for any car services the last time and honestly you couldn't pay me enough for me to go back and do it again. My suggestion to you is don't waste your time, because Walmart clearly doesn't care and does not respect your time.

Guys at the front counter are surly and cannot give a time estimate for the service order I was first told that it shouldn't take long to install 1 new tire but here I am an hour later and my car hasn't been pulled in. When I asked about my service time expectation the guy at the counter was rude and said they get to it when they could. Yeah, not getting serviced here again.

I called about getting my tire replaced. The tire was under a warranty I had purchased from Walmart. I called they made my appointment for the next day which was fine. Next day comes around I get a notification that my appointment at 1 pm was coming up, I had to call Walmart again because they told me it was at 4pm not 1pm like the text said. When I called same person that answer the day before answers, she looks up the account I explain the situation and tells me its fine to bring it in at 4pm like we had agreed. My brother takes the car in for me and they tell him its 3 hours past our appointment time and they can't take us in. After arguing with the person over this, she then agrees to take us as a walk in and tells us we don't have any warranty on the tires. Long story short my brother showed her the receipt for the warranty and still then she said the warranty could no longer cover it and I would have to pay the full price for the tire. They have terrible communication issues with in the department and the customers have to pay for it. Over all terrible customer service. I will definitely not be taking my vehicle to this location ever again.

Got there at 6 and was told that they don’t have time to mount a tire after calling to see if they would be open before driving here 30 minutes on a doughnut. Mounting a tire would take 10 minutes.

Cheyenne was incredible! She took her time and was extremely thorough. I got the text my car was ready at 3:54 and reached the counter at 4:20. Could use some extra help but other than the wait, I’ve got no issues. Prices are fair and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back when I need more maintenance on my car

Went in for an oil change, then had my car inspected two days later at a different mechanic. Turns out the Walmart mechanics shorted my oil change by nearly a quart. Never getting an oil change there again

I was checking out at the automotive door and the security guy at the door told me that several stacks of tires were on sale for 20.00 a piece. He helped me look through several stacks of tires until we found 4 tires that fit my car. He then placed them behind the counter until I could get a vehicle to haul them home. I had just had tires put on my car at this location, a few months ago. When I need new ones, I will bring them back and have them installed. When I returned to pick them up he insisted on loading them fir me. Thanks Jim.

I believe they put the wrong oil in and when I complained about it and went back up there, they changed the oil out and started talking disrespectful to me. Never go there and get an oil change. It wasn’t this particular Walmart though.

Very bad place I went with a appointment for to get two new tires 🛞 and they didn’t changed the ones that I tell them to changed so I waited like 3 hours for my service and then at the end my car 🚗 was havin A sound on the front tire after that service and I came back but what they told me was the didn’t touch nothing else but what they didn’t was the valence of my front tire 🛞 they are not experienced workers they are learning with our cars and that’s not okay I don’t recommend this place never 👎

Complete waste of time. Made the appointment for my oil change online a week ago. Showed up on time, followed the instructions to park and enter the store to check in, only to be told to ignore the check in instructions and park at the bay and someone will check me in at the bay. 30 minutes later, we're still waiting in the car at the bay door for ANYONE to do anything, and I get a text that my appointment has been canceled for not showing up. I just left, vs waiting any longer for incompetence.
