They are really helpful. I had an issue with my fuel door that car wash broke it. They gave me a quote in 5 mins to send it to the car wash. Waiting for an answer. I will update it after fixing my car here.

HORRIFIC PAINT JOB!!!! Check my photos for proof. BUBBLES everywhere, DIRT is everywhere in the paint from poor workmanship. I only asked the owner to "PLEASE MAKE IT RIGHT" at the hood that was brand new. That was out of the question to her & she's never even looked at it. On multiple brand new factory panels they screwed up the paint, how??? They delivered the car covered in DIRT & DUST and said they can't wash it because it is a convertible and they only have a power washer. This was an intentional deceptive practice because the paint tech then told me I had 2 weeks to inspect it and bring it back to have any issues corrected. I brought it home and hand washed it and OMG it's so TERRIBLE. They even missed paint at two spots at the trunk. WOW! The next day I brought it back to a different Macco and the painter was astonished how BAD it was and then I told him it was this location. He said they should fix it. The HORRIBLE OWNER called in and they passed me the phone. She immediately refused to try to fix anything without even seeing it!!! They actually never inspected it with me. Then she told the paint tech not to even inspect it because they already had my money. She is a terrible example for Maaco.I remained polite throughout but this owner is just a joke. This place was different several years ago with different employees; hence the 4 star rating that has been falling since. The photos don't even do justice on how bad this Maaco is! Massive regrets!!!! That current 4 star rating is keeping BAD BEHAVIOR, AWFUL SERVICE and a PATHETIC "WORK" ETHIC afloat at least for now. UPDATE PER OWNER REQUEST: The trunk lid that had bodywork has since been replaced brand new and painted as planned but now by another company and it looks great. The driver rear quarter looks as expected per the pamphlet which is acceptable. The rest doesn’t. Is that better? Check the photos because this will be your car. SO BAD!! The actual issue is the brand new factory hood that’s black in the before photo. (Not to mention the front fenders that have no body work) They all LOOK DISGUSTING! Everywhere I go people offer unsolicited negative comments about the front end paint job. Just look at the interior and how dirty it was then imagine how bad the exterior was on delivery. No one listens to the customer complaints as I witnessed another guy pleading for help while the employee remained defensive and then I was up next in line for this mess. I saved no money because I have to have my front end redone elsewhere. They don’t listen. Otherwise they wouldn’t fight me in a reply that is misdirected to a non complaint area instead of listening, looking and TAKING RESPONSIBILITY for how poor this franchise location’s performance was. Zero pride in their work and an inability to help the customer. If they do wrong they are very defensive after they have your money despite a legitimate issue.

Maaco did an outstanding paint and repair job on our Audi A3. Most impressive was the fact that Steve did not try to sell us on a complete paint job but rather only take care of the major issues needing attention. The result was a 2017 A3 that looked almost brand new. We constantly get compliments on this vehicle and its appearance. I highly recommend Maaco in Aurora. When in doubt about what you need talk to Steve.

Painless experience having my jeep painted at MAACO. Steve was very helpful in getting me set up with an estimate. No one was pushy about making a decision, the price was wonderful compared to every other quotes I received, lots of color choices, and the work was 5 star quality. I had a lot of separate parts that I needed to be painted and the team kept track of them all and got the work done quickly! The body work they did was perfect, and the paint turned out beautifully! I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a paint job. This team kept me updated, asked questions when they weren't sure about how I wanted something, and worked with speed and quality. Job well done!

Had a deep scratch on the fender above my right wheel. Too it to a body shop recommended to me by the dealer. The price they quoted was astronomical. I called macco and they quoted me a fraction of what the original quote was. I picked my car up and was completely satisfied with the work and the paint match. I could not be happier with the outcome! I will be using this location again for more paint and repair work.

I would highly recommend the Maaco body shop in Aurora, CO. I worked with Gian and Steve and they both were amazing. Felt they were very open and honest and worked with me on a few different options. This shop did and outstanding job fixing the damage to my daughter's car and changing the color to pink. This was a wonderful experience and will be the first place I will go to for any future repairs. Will also be recommending them to anyone I know that needs repairs.

Well, Aurora Maaco asked for my opinion, and I want to be brutally honest and fair, so I may be pushing the limits of Google's tolerance for lengthy reviews. I brought my vehicle in, not because it needed any real body work, but because it was time to freshen up the almost 20-year-old paint. I'll start with the good. I first intended to keep the original color, believing a change might be difficult and expensive. Gian advised me of different new color options, with respect to my budget, and dependant upon how much of the old I wanted covered. I said I was more concerned with covering all visible portions of the old paint than I was with the cost, and we agreed on a price of just over $5k. He then proceeded to spend quite a bit of time with me, picking out just the right color-- even bringing me back into the shop to see an example on another vehicle. Overall, I'm very happy with the new color and even the first-impression results of the work. However, this brings me to the rest. The project took a full three weeks, which one might assume speaks to the meticulous nature of their work. Sadly, what we found upon closer examination of my vehicle at home told quite a different story. They do warn that there will likely be visible signs of overspray and that this is largely unavoidable. I understand that Maaco is Maaco, after all, and so I certainly wasn't expecting perfection. Unfortunately, I also wasn't expecting a lack of attention-to-detail so profound that it's caused me to question how they stay in business. Yes, there was overspray on nearly every window, and while I was able to scrape it off myself, I can't believe they didn't do that before I picked my vehicle up. There were all too obvious signs of overspray not only on the windows but on the side mirrors and most of the black plastic and rubber components of the exterior. Most of it, I was able to remove with considerable effort, but some areas had to be replaced or painted over. When I got home to find retainer clips, rivets, bolts, nuts, etc. spread around on my floor boards, under seats, and in the cup holders of my vehicle, I realized there was cause for concern and began to take a closer look. What I found was disheartening, to say the least. Retainer rivets in rear doors (total of six) look to have been cut off and never replaced. I had to drill out the old pieces before I could even replace them with new ones. There are nuts missing from both driver's and passenger side front doors that I still haven't been able to find replacements for. Both hood bumpers were missing (though later found in two separate places😆). The housing around one of the brand new fog lights was broken and hanging loose, and there are two sections of fender that aren't completely seated square anymore. Astonishingly, they left the inside of the fuel access compartment and its door completely unpainted! I can only assume this was an oversight as I paid to have all jambs, etc. painted. None the less, this just further points to an extreme lack of attention-to-detail. I painted it myself. I chose to replace or paint some parts myself (main grill, lower bumper cover grill, fog lights and fog light trim) rather than fight to clean them as some pieces were old enough to warrant replacement, IMO. To be fair, maybe Maaco would have tried to help make some of this right, I can't say because I didn't try. They had my vehicle for far more than enough time to do it right in the first place and yet I had to spend a considerable amount of my own time and money after the fact to get the results I was hoping for. All that said, I am now very pleased with the overall appearance of my vehicle. I'm not pleased with the amount of additional time, effort, and money I had to invest to get it this way AFTER picking it up from Maaco. I guess to sum it all up, if you're looking for a relatively inexpensive paint job and aren't as attached to your car (picky??) as I am, they may be alright for you. Staff are super friendly. I won't be back, but if you end up there, ask for Gian- he's a great kid!

Maaco did an amazing job on my 4Runner, they exceeded my expectations and for the price it’s hard to look anywhere else. I would recommend them to anyone. If I need another vehicle painted, I know where I’ll be going.

Did an excellent job on my Tesla as the paint matched perfectly. They were easy to work with as they walked me through the process and set me up with a rental car near by. The price was about half of what Tesla was charging me.

I brought my van in to get repaired from an accident in March. All I needed was a new bumper and headlight. However when I picked it up, my windshield was cracked. So I brought it back and showed them and they said they didn’t crack it. But I had glass coverage through my insurance and they ended up billing my insurance for a mistake they made. It was their fault and yet they billed my insurance instead of fixing it for free due to it being their fault. First two pics are of the damage and no crack in the windshield. The last two are of the crack.
