This review is for the Chester Street location. The owner Julio has the best customer service around! He is motivated, professional, and passionate about helping others with their audio needs. As for now, I will be using his company again. My equipment has only been installed for a couple days now. I will give an update in 6 months.

went in on march 21st to have 2 subs and a box installed. i’ve now been back 3 times for them to “fix it” (the first time being not even a minute after leaving the shop after the installation) and each time the reset the entire car system and send my car out saying it’s been fixed and when i ask what’s wrong they come up with some crazy reasoning and then within a day it’s messed up again. EDIT*** if you even see this, i want to add that i do have the correct address. this transaction and appointment was under my husband Marcos’s name.

The most unprofessional job I've ever seen I had a system installed here and they did some lazy job by bridging the sound system to my light bar do not take your side by side here I have heard multiple proper complain now and I checked mine and absolutely has that nasty job as well for the price they charge you would think they know what they are doing. Save yourself some trouble and do not go here I will be adding the pictures of the job

I called Julio on a Thursday he was able to get me in for an install that Saturday, he was very knowledgeable with all the products and gave great suggestions. The amp is hidden and I am impressed where they placed the base knob. What drew me to this business was his great customer service.
