Update: They did an excellent job with repainting the car and even gave me a discount due to the hassle. 5 star customer service and work. Definitely coming back! Original review: Went in to have my car completely painted and have the bodywork repaired. Took two weeks longer than promised and they painted it the wrong color! Hanson did say to bring it back to have it repainted, idk why it was painted light blue instead of silver. If they repaint it right this time i will bring the stars up. Pros: Hanson is polite. Bodywork was great. Pricing is great for the work done. Also masking off grill, headlight, letterings was all good. Cons: Paintjob is poor even though I paid for the top package (has waves in the paint and was the wrong color), long wait times for the job to complete.

I am so disappointed with their work. Besides the fact that they at first misspell Tucson and put there ''Tuscon'' I ended up with picture bellow (yellow glue and letters completely misaligned. Also this sign should not be low on the back of the car!

I recently had my wife’s 04 Infiniti serviced by Hansen and Joseph @ this Maaco Body and Paint Shop, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! They did an outstanding job painting her car with a custom color that flawlessly blends two different shades—she’s received countless compliments on it already. Love the outside paint job the second time around. However they left the door jams unpainted and sloppy (Pics included). Horrible customer service and lack accountability. When I came to pick up my car it was 300 more. When asked I was told well we painted your car over for free! No you repainted my car over because you messed up and painted it the wrong color! Bronze is not Rose Gold. Then I was asked if I was going to take any responsibility for their mistake! No I didn’t paint my car the wrong color and when you knew it was wrong why would you not just fix it before I came to get my car? Lastly they lost my back car plate and I have yet to hear from them! I would avoid this location until they can work on customer service and do better at full finishing their work to completion.

I took my car to Maaco on Hull street I went in received an estimate and told them I'd be back in a week. A week later I dropped the car off . They said it would take a week it took 2 but that was fine. I was getting 2 new Bumpers, body work and paint. I came back to get the car my son looked at the car and said it was good I paid and left. It was dark by the time I got home The next morning I looked around the car and the paint was Great but I could see every dent it was even more noticeable now that it was painted Now I'm totally disgusted I just paid these people 2 thousand dollars Every thing that was suppose to be in my trunk was in my back seat Thrown everywhere. Why would they not put it back? I called and they apologized. I took the car back because I wasn't happy with the body work. They told me that's not what I paid for. I'm not going back and I suggest if you want body work done Do not go to Maaco.

Yes, it was a pretty good estimate. However, I haven't decided whether to go with them yet. The estimate was much better than Bruce's repair shop.I have found some other people who work on repairs to your automobile for a cheaper price. I have had work done at Maaco, and they do good work . I decided to have the work done at Maaco ,and they did a great job.

Can't say enough good things about the owner Hansen Butler, and his team at Maaco. They took my 1974 Dodge Dart Custom from boring 'Eggshell White' to another Dodge color, 'Bright Iridescent Turquoise,' and it is incredible. The depth, the shine, the attention to detail is what you hope for. The paint changes in the light, whenever I'm outside I just stare at it. They revamped the vinyl top, repaired rust, body dings and dents, put all new emblems and moldings on her, and I couldn't be happier. Door jambs and hood/trunk underside look great, too. Great communication, too. Don't hesitate to bring your car in to them today!

I needed to replace my rear bumper and got quotes from three different Auto Body repair shops, including this Maaco shop. I was quoted very high prices at two of the places I went to. It seemed kind of predatory, as I'm a single middle-aged woman. One place quoted me just over $1,400! When I went to Maaco they didn't try to charge me an astronomical price. They did a fantastic job replacing my bumper. They had given me the option of getting a new one, or an aftermarket bumper. None of the other shops offered that option. I was very pleased and grateful that this Maaco shop was able to locate a nice bumper, and paint it to perfectly match the rest if my car!

Man let me tell you. They did a great job. 5/5 stars 10/10 experience. They were happy to work with me 100% and they kept me updated all the way through the process. I got a new door repainted after an accident and they did amazing. I say this too because I got the same side as my door fender replace and painted somewhere else and they managed to make it spot on with the new paint and the old. It looks absolutely amazing. I recently had my 2000 mustang painted at maaco on hull st Richmond va. I paid 850 for an earl shabb. The paint looked great. I didn't want any body work ,just a Lil sanding and slap it on. I'm leaving the grocery store the next day and pop the trunk and I couldn't believe it. They never popped my trunk either when they painted, so now I have half a bumper painted. On top of that my car ran like crap, which was not how I left it. The inside of the car had paint dust everywhere. I took the car to my mechanic because it wasn't running good and they never taped off the air filter so my mass air flow sensor was ruined and it cost me 800 dollars to fix it. No need to tell the paint shop that because ( THEIRS NO WAY THAT HAPPENED THEIR )( IT WAS LIKE THAT WHEN THEY GOT IT ) so before you drop your car off make a video of how it runs and what it looks like.
