these guys go above and beyond. I pretty much needed surgery on my ford escape. not only did they fix it, but in record time. The maintenance/repair team is just as great as the office team. Everyone is friendly and strive for customer excellence. I highly recommend this shop from everything to paint, repair, to your scheduled maintenance. Thanks Guys!

I will never use this auto body shop anymore. This is actually the first and the last time. There is no form of communication at all starting from the beginning, no updates on work they are doing. They had known that because of covid, auto parts will be back ordered and take longer to get here but they never mention it to customers about it but rather telling customers lies that the car will be ready in 2-3 weeks knowing the fact that it will not. They never bother to mention there's a possibility that there might be some delay on parts or giving me the choice to decide if I want to live my car for that long to get fix. I will never recommend this place to anyone. If there was a negative zero stars that's what I would have given them for what they did to me. I could have bring the car during my vacation if I was informed that the work is going to take longer. Unprofessional, manipulative, schemers and liar that's what they are, I should have never brought my car there.

My car been there for about a week and some change and they just decided to get to work on it smh can’t get a rental and they playing with my time and the way I commute back and forth to work this is very inconvenience for me I thought the process would’ve been began. guess not so I’m stuck taken the bus smdh. U guys gotta do better with keeping ppl informed about their property. Update been about two and a half weeks and still no status from this car place and then when I called and asked about my vehicle they had a attitude with the questions I was asking smh these guys are bad for business. They have no time to tell u or keep u update about ur vehicle but they are quick to see these reviews and response

I needed work done to my truck as a result to a accident that other auto body places turned me away and said it was too difficult for them. It involved replacing the airbag system, resetting all the sensors, frame work and body repair. I brought it over to Mike D the manager at Macco and he assured me he'd take care of me and walked me threw the process while the work was being done. The truck came out perfect, was done in the time frame it was estimated at. The truck was able to get a inspection, and it felt like i was in a new truck after it was returned to me detailed inside and out. Mike and his crew did a awesome job, highly recommended

I have always been happy with service at Maaco Boston, until now. Three of my past cars were painted in that shop, with excellent results. However this time the man quoted me a price of $4,500, which seemed high. So I went to another Maaco, that quoted me a price of 3,337. Same car, same work.

To my disappointment, the customer service at this car repair facility fell far short of my expectations. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a staff member who seemed disinterested and unresponsive to my concerns. Their lack of professionalism was evident, as they failed to provide clear communication regarding the estimated repair time, pricing, and available options. This lack of transparency left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the overall quality of service.

They’re nice and professional. Only thing i feel unhappy about was they said they will call me one day before if the car ready for pick up. And they call me on Friday but they’re not open on Saturday and Sunday. If I’m not gonna pick it up I need to pay rental car by myself for three days. The insurance not gonna cover it if the car already done for repair. I was already on work on that Friday when they called me. That makes me so disappoint about the service. I hope they can solve the problem in the future, not call on the last day before they off on second day.

I recently had my car repaired at Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting, 1030 Morrissey Blvd, Dorchester/Boston, MA, and the experience was excellent. The owner is highly skilled and truly committed to doing quality work. He was trained in both auto body repair and professional car painting, and it shows in the results. His shop is tucked back off Morrissey Blvd, right near I-93 South, but it’s a hidden gem in Dorchester for anyone looking for honest, and reliable auto body work.
