Anyone giving anything lower than a 5 is not legit. I spent 20 years in Santa Barbara, bought from 3D and other companies. Worked at Santa Barbara Nissan and for Jordans car detailing.. currently relocated to Los Angeles after covid 2020.... All American has the best prices in the 805 or 323 area. Everywhere in-between . I mostly mail order now , Few things have gone up in price, however. That's still cheaper than most and better qualify, non watered down product. 10 years ago prices were mind blowing , now they're still below most suppliers... Chemical guys to 3D. All over priced.. you paying for the pretty labels. Thank you all American for the past decade of service and going.

I submitted my order on 12/28/2025, I still have not received my order. The order is paid in full. I’ve telephoned which indicates the phone number is no longer in service. I’ve emailed multiple times with no response. Horrible customer service.

Ordered their citrus Cleaner Concentrate, never received it even though they created a UPS shipping label, order was never turned over to UPS! Sent them emails, called and left messages NEVER got a response. Ordered on 10/25 and as of 11/12 still have not received my order. I strongly suggest you stay away from this company not sure they are legit. 11/17 - Saw your response and it is appreciated, have placed an order for the exact same item (Order #1193). Also, the ship code you supplied has expired and I was not able to use it.
