Impeccable place. Very welcoming and knowledgeable people, they’re straight to the point and no nonsense. I asked for a plethora of things to be done on my bike and they far exceeded my expectations in every category. The bike feels brand new, and it’s all thanks to MHM. Iced coffee was also great & the person who made it was extremely nice. Will be back soon

I come from a family of riders and wrenchers, and I'm picky about shops. I generally do my own service on my bikes but know when I am in over my head. Madhouse saved my butt last spring when I botched a repair on my swingarm. Nick and crew were fantastic and sourced a used part and had me on the road in time for a big trip. Took my SMT 990 in this December for a valve adjustment and they found a mouse had chewed through the harness. Lovely. I worked with Rami -- who treated the bike like his own. He worked to get parts at cost to save me some money. He was also genuinely pumped on my KTM and the LC8 engine. Had a great chat about its aggressive cam! I'll be looking for any excuse to stop by the shop and talk to J and crew, and will definitely be bringing in my other bikes. Ride safe!

I just had a bike shipped up from Florida and needed a place close by to store it for the winter. The person I purchased my motorcycle from recommended Madhouse motors. I gave them a call and spoke with Andy. He informed me of the price that included an oil change which was very reasonable. When I brought my bike there I met "J", the proprietor who was very warm and inviting despite her "rough and tough" look. Andy was also there. Checking in my bike for storage was seamless. After that I went directly next door to their Cafe and had a very good sticky bun and caramel latte made by Nicholas their in house barista. I'm looking forward to establishing a working relationship/friendship with Madhouse for all my motorcycle needs and eventually have them build the bike of my dreams.

Rami gave excellent customer service. He addressed my handlebar issuse quickly and also communicated that it might be a full fix but if that was the case just to come back in. He also provided me with some great information about engine protection.

Rami performed a safety check after I had an issue with my rear wheel. Could not have been more thorough, timely and professional in every respect. Identified and repaired issues I hadn't considered . Thank you, Rami!

I dropped my bike last May and searched on google for a good shop for bikes, J’s Mad House Motors came up from its perfect reviews. She was super helpful, professional and went beyond what was her part to help me out from towing my bike to her shop, fixing it for me, store the bike throughout the the winter and even help me to sell the bike since I wasn’t really keen on riding again after my incident. Her rate was very reasonable and performed professional work. All of her teams were truly bike lovers, I was lucky to found her shop and I appreciate her help all the way! 100% recommended!

While doing a long trip I noticed that my rear tire went flat. I'm currently on a motorcycle that is running tubed tires so that's great. I pulled in and Ben said he could get it done in an hour and some change. Not only did he do that but he also fixed my steering clamps. He noticed it while he was working and did it free of charge! Great place, the people there not only care, but they are experienced!

Spent a very long time looking for a shop to work on my vintage 1970s Honda motorcycle. I am so glad I found Madhouse Motors and took my bike here, will definitely be using them again in the future. The entire staff is very friendly and extremely professional, and the team of mechanics are all very qualified. I dropped my bike off for a general tune up, to have a no-start diagnosis, and to have my tires replaced. The shop fixed every single issue the bike was having and paid close attention to detail, giving the bike a full examination for any other issues or possible safety risks. They gave me a cost estimate before any work began, and continually kept me updated. When a new issue was found on the bike, they gave me a quote for the cost to fix said issue before continuing; no high-cost surprises by the end. The mechanics clearly have a lot of experience and expertise. I was happy to hear them say when I dropped my bike off, "we have worked on hundreds of bikes like this." They have tons of experience working on all kinds of bikes, from vintage and exotic to modern bikes. The shop may not be the cheapest or the fastest, but they get the job done the right way and were honest about everything - they don't mess around. Overall, I had a great experience with them and will definitely be taking my bike back here for ANY future work it needs. You will not regret taking your bike here. If you want the repairs done the right way, bring your bike here. Other notes: -They do motorcycle inspections as well. -They only work on motorcycles and will NOT work on other vehicles (like scooters or dirt bikes) -There is an awesome cafe right next door to check out when you visit -Great community of people frequent the shop and are all super friendly Update: Extremely impressed with Madhouse Motors. After some more electrical issues with my bike emerged, I reached out to Madhouse Motors, to which they promptly replied and set up a time for me to bring my bike in. They clearly take a lot of pride in their work and were very thorough in diagnosing the issues my bike was having; in no time, they diagnosed the electrical problem and pinpointed the issue (an issue that would certainly have been difficult to figure out for less experienced mechanics). Bike has been working better than ever since they fixed it. Again, if you want the job done right, bring your bike here, you will not regret it - the Madhouse Motors crew really know their stuff.

LOVE ❤️ 🏍️ ✌️ this place!!!! So excited to have such a great place in Boston to maintain my bike. They’re so passionate and artsy and technical. Very impressed with this place. Came in on a busy Saturday and the owner got me in for an inspection and took care of a slew of things that were overdue on my Triumph. I can see myself just hanging here this summer. Coffee and food in the cafe is exceptional too. Love this place!! Did I say that already? ❤️

I needed a new inner tube installed, they got it done in an hour even though I didn't have an appointment. There are cheaper shops but the care and attention to detail you get here is worth the difference. Plus you can check out some of J's custom bikes while you wait!

Madhouse Motors is an absolute gem for motorcycle enthusiasts. It’s not just a repair shop — it’s a vibrant, creative space filled with skillful mechanics, artistic energy, and a deep love for motorcycles. The atmosphere here is truly unique, with a positive, welcoming vibe that makes you feel like you’re part of something special. We brought our bike in for an inspection and tire change, and the team was spot-on — professional, efficient, and clearly passionate about what they do. The work was done right the first time, with care and attention to detail. Whether you’re there for service or just to soak in the creative environment, Madhouse Motors is the kind of place that stays with you. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates craftsmanship, authenticity, and the spirit of the ride. Remember to try their coffee while you are there!

I don’t know what I can add to what has been said over and over? This place it’s truly magical. Who would’ve imagined a motorcycle repair shop where you can watch the work being down your bike while sipping cappuccinos or espresso? Great people great attitude great skills

This place rocks! Though I do not know anything about motor cycles, the aesthetic is so awesome, the small eats and coffee are crafted with excellence and too perfection! A nice place to chat with your pals. The barista was SUPER knowledgeable and recognized me as an ex barista pretty quickly. Also, my favorite artist TYLER THE CREATOR has even been here? That’s how you know it’s awesome. If anyone needs a special bike with antique parts I’ll be sure to tell them to go to madhouse motors!
