Decided to try this high rated mobile detailer to surprise my husband with getting his car cleaned. I am a mother of 2 and was saving up for something he’d love, and what better way than getting his car cleaned. (Since he loves his car so much ) I took advantage of the half off car detail. Plus and Engine cleaning. My husband has a Mercedes AMG sport and it is wrapped on the body and rims. I gave this information to him so he knew to take caution with the wrap. His response was over the phone “Honey I’ve never heard of a wrap in my life, but I am not highly rated for no reason” I should’ve ran with that response and canceled immediately , but he assured me he was the best at what he does, and for me to see his reviews to prove it……So I trusted it. So day comes for him to come to work on my husbands car. And when he was finished he called me out to view it and to see the car. As soon as he opened the door I noticed the sides of the car dirty and windows not completely cleaned and asked if he’s be okay with cleaning it.His response to me was “Yeah I can clean it , but you are getting a half off full detail”. I felt like I had irritated him. Viewing the car more I noticed his fingerprints everywhere , car sides not fully wiped down , the interior cleaning a 2/5 . The Engine cleaning did looked good. He then gives me a bill with the final cost of 305. And another total of 455 for gratuity. Told me this is what people normally pay him for his work. I was not expecting that nor did I think his work was anywhere close to wanting to tip him that much. I told him usually pay 25 percent of the actual total. And his response was “well I am giving you a half off deal honey , so just give me what you want”. I felt like it was super rude of him to respond to me that way. I am a women and I know I can’t clean his engine , but I’ve cleaned my husbands leather interior before and felt like I did a way better. It only looked like it had a quick wipe down and vacuum. I am pregnant now , so that was the whole point of hiring someone else. I gave him a 25% tip. And he left. I later notice he messed up my husbands wrap on the tires causing it to lift… My husband appreciated what I tried to do for him. But he was not happy with the work at all, and was upset I even paid what I did. And for messing up his tires , that he now has to pay to get re wrapped.I really hate to leave bad reviews but I felt the need to this time. Didn’t feel like he was that professional with the way he spoke nor did he like me pointing things out to him. Or that I said I’d give him 25% of the total cost on that day instead of the $455 he circled and was expecting. Will not be hiring again

Magic is right. Where to even start? I was blown away by the amazing service that was provided. Here are some things that really stood out to me... 1.) I loved the fact that he came to me! With how busy life can be, and the issues with COVID it was really nice being able to have this happen in my front yard. I didnt have to worry about dropping my car off then getting a ride home and then getting a ride back to pick my car up. I loved being able to come out and see what was happening to. My car is very important to me and seeing whats happening with it was very nice. 2.) The little things. Truthfully its the little things that really stood out to me. When I was driving my car after getting it detailed I noticed how nice the seats felt, even the steering wheel felt nice to me. Of course the inside of my car looked great because thats what I wanted done, but it was those little things that I wasnt expecting to notice. The way that my touch screen looked was as if I had just driven it off the lot...but like better. The way the car smelled was also amazing, so many people have commented on the way the car smells since I got it cleaned. 3.) The passion and care that went into this service did not go unnoticed. When I came out to see my car he was so damn excited to show it off to me, pointing out all the things he was able to clean up and take care of. I loved it. It is very rare these days to come along someone who truly loves what they do. We will be calling him again next time we need our cars cleaned.

Irvin did a fantastic job with my car inside an out. I wasn’t looking for a paint correction/clay at detail, rather I wanted someone to clean it thoroughly. Most auto salons will spend about 2 hours on the car and it’s always a crapshoot on what will be neglected. It’s been over a year and I haven’t had the time to really clean my car so Irvin resetting the interior back to spotless was a treat. The pricing was fair given he came to me and could detail while I worked I was extremely happy.

After years of settling for Costco carwashes because they were quick, I finally decided to get my car deep cleaned by a professional and Irvin did not disappoint! My 12yo vehicle looks brand new and the interior smells wonderful. What a convenient service to have my baby get taken care of in the comfort of my own home while I worked! We hired Irvin to do a complete detail inside, outside and the engine on our Jeep Grand Cherokee. With a dog that sheds terribly (light fur, black interior), we were not sure he would be able to get all that pet fur out. He is called Magic for a reason! Our car looks brand new, and not a trace of dog fur to be found. The pictures say it all! On top of his amazing work and attention to detail, he is simply one of the nicest people you will meet!
