The entire staff were very sympathetic to my situation and although the process took a long time (at no fault if theirs), they were always available to talk with me and did the best work possible. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Eric, one of the managers was extremely knowledgable and patient!

I had to bring my car somewhere in an emergency to fill two flat tires and investigate a misfire, and MSM was the nearest place. They were so quick and friendly about getting my car in and diagnosing the problems! The staff was very accommodating to my situation and respectful of my decision not to pursue repairs, and even advised me on what to do next when looking for new used cars! So while I can’t speak to the quality of repairs, my experience was top notch!

Main Street Motors was recommended to me by a retired mechanic. I called late in the day and was told I would be able to drop my vehicle off the next day, at my convenience before work. The staff was friendly and prompt, getting back to me only a few hours after drop off, and we're able to complete the work same day. Then, I was able to pay online and pick up after hours. Very easy and convenient. Will be coming back!

I took a 2010 escape in for an alignment and to look at the power steering issue I had. My power steering went out after replacing the engine cradle and lower control arms. They were able to fix the power steering issue and an alignment for a fair price. I appreciate the price and the honesty. They were very professional and courtesy. Thanks again.

Exceptional help and service. I was helped while broken down on the side of the road on depot street. I was loaned tools. I was trusted. Andre had scanned my truck and it was a ucan communication problem. I was going to go to the dealership and decided to go to Main Street. Had my car fully detailed here, and they did an amazing job! I don't think my car was this clean when I bought it! Main street motors always takes great care of me! I've got an old '97 and they keep it up and running in absolutely great shape. They always explain what's going on and I like that they send pictures of problems that they find when doing inspections. Extremely thorough and absolutely fair priced. Most recently I just went in because a heat shield was loose and an oil change but they've done my control arms, brakes, suspension, and much more (the joys of having an old car!). They also are quite fair and upfront, when I've not had the finances to fix something they're not pushy at all, and are very upfront when something NEEDS to be fixed for safety versus when it will just have my car run more efficiently.

Last week I stopped in because I had completely run out of windshield wiper fluid and could barely see through my windshield. Not only did the person behind the counter help me right away, but they also came outside and made sure it was filled all the way to the top. I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s clear they genuinely care about the people in the Ann Arbor community, and that kind of service is hard to come by. Highly recommend!

They delivered beyond my wildest expectations. The one that amazed me the most is everything under the hood that is looking like it’s a brand new car. I bought a 2010 model car and originally it looked like the car showed its age. They also fixed the tires pressure on the car because the light on the dashboard turned on.

Eric took time to explain my repairs -- which were $1000 less than the dealership's because they had misdiagnosed part of it as a (non-existent) power steering issue. They were also great the time a part needed to be replaced under their warranty. Plus they're friendly. Highly recommend!
