Purchased $30 of gas using my credit card. McKenzie posted a $75 'test' charge on my credit card. Charge was corrected several days later but I will not go there again. Bad policy!!!!

Horrible staffing during rush hour. They can't keep cashiers and their ability to serve customers during peak times is abysmal. No structure exists for long lines. I'll never attempt to buy something from inside this store again.

This is the carwash that I typically go to, because I can vacuum out the car first. They have the rug cleaner machine now. Its the best car wash on this side of town.

Im a teacher. The manager refused to let our middle school students come in to purchase snacks during a field trip. We checked beforehand to ask if we could bring in 50 students. The worker said that, sure, that would be fine - bring in 10 at a time. When we got there, the manager said, “We can’t let all those kids in here,” and turned us away.

Stopped to get a little gas and the pump was defective and sprayed me with gas everywhere and charged my card more than I wanted as a result. I smelled like gas until I could get home and shower. This is unacceptable and somebody could get hurt. I will not come back here.

I have been a regular customer for a long time and mostly happy. Today as usual I purchased the top most expensive car wash. When I got to the prep point I was instructed to keep pulling forward. I showed my receipt to the attendant and asked why I was not getting what I paid for and from what I could make out it sounded like he said that something was read wrong and I was just getting the basic wash which is exactly what happened after I was instructed to roll up my window and pull forward. No offers on how to rectify their error. I would have liked to just reach out to a manager but I don’t see that option on the site. Too bad because I always found it convenient to stop there.

I recently stopped at the Marathon Gas station located at 2315 Capital Cir NE, Tallahassee, FL 32308 and unfortunately, my experience was mediocre at best. While I did purchase a full tank of gas and a $24 car wash, the car wash experience was very disappointing. The car wash employees told me that they were not allowed to wash my wheels, which was surprising to me as I've had my wheels cleaned at other car washes before without issue. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating and made the overall car wash experience feel incomplete. Furthermore, the car wash itself was nothing special. I didn't notice any significant difference in the cleanliness of my car after the wash, despite paying a premium price for it. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at this Marathon Gas station. While the gas pump worked fine and the convenience store was stocked, the car wash experience left a lot to be desired. I would give this location a 2-star rating and likely won't be returning for another car wash in the future.

We bought a car wash at the gas pump just to find out the car wash was closed after the fact. We went inside for a refund of $25 and they said they could not issue a refund. She then said she will turn that feature off on the pumps, but still no refund. They basically scammed us out of $25.

And yet... ANOTHER 1 star to the list. I drive a company vehicle. If I want to get reimbursed... guess what? I need a receipt. I have NO problem walking inside and getting my receipt. What I DO have a problem with is waiting in line almost 15 minutes to get the receipt. I've done that twice. There won't be a third, because I'm done with this place. Half of my lunch is shot waiting for something that SHOULD'VE been at the pump to begin with. The pumps work fine. The problem??? L A Z Y. From reading other reviews... this place has gone down the tube big time.

Theres a reason they have three stars. With me they get only 1. I am done with marathon. I prepaid $50 and didnt get my money not used back for days and days which is unacceptable. Circle k and other merchants give it within hours if not immediately. App chat is a bot and customer service a joke. Manager and employees could care less about addressing problems w lots of excuses. As long as you dont have an issue they are all smiles with their fake rewards. Dont be fooled they may be using our money that we struggle and need for days in an interest bearing account. Dont trust these crooks they will get $0 from me in the future. Period

Good tier 1 has a plus. However, been there the last three weeks and have not got my Marathon points posted to my membership. Very convenient to my house but will have to look elsewhere to get my points. I changed my review from 3 stars to 5. If you are not automatically able to get your points at the pump then you can email a copy to Marathon and they will adjust your points accordingly. Marathon CustomerService is top notch and very accommodating.
