Had my car for 7 months and didn’t provide an estimate before they tore my engine apart. $6,000 later I had a mercedes benz that was overheating which never happened before. I ended up having to get a new vehicle. Save yourself the money and trouble. Avoid this place at all costs.

Tried calling them 5 times over the course of 3 weeks, left two messages, and never got a reply. I’ve had work done by them before, and I was satisfied with it, but I’m disheartened that they did not take any time to help me with my problem. Went to a competitor instead, and they were very responsive. Will not use again.

I ran into an issue with my truck. I gave them a call because I had often seen fair pricing and good work done by them for those at my company. I called to see if they could fit me in, and they said to bring it in the next morning they open. They went above and beyond to get the repairs done and get me back on the road within a day. I appreciated the assistance.

Called Marsh Auto Monday, and spoke with Amanda. It was so nice to hear a pleasant voice on the other end of the phone! She had my car towed to their garage the same day I called. Matt called the next day, Tuesday and told me what was wrong with my car in detail. He gave me a quote and I was able to pick up my car the very next day. I just want to thank them for being courteous, Matt for his explanation in detail of what was wrong with my car, their promptness, and their ability to communicate with me as to when my car would be ready for pick-up. Thank you so much!!!!
