I towed my car to Japanese auto service. Originally they were great. After 8 days they didn’t even look at my car. I called Thursday. It would be Monday before they could look at my car. I called Monday they told me they didn’t know when they would be able to look at my car. I left a voicemail if I should tow my car to another shop this was their response. “Hey Bill, this is Bill at Japanese auto I got your message. Please feel free to send whoever you want to tell your car away. Way too busy and this is not gonna be an easy fix so Please come get it take us somewhere else. Have a good day.…” I can’t believe how little they care. I towed my car to mason and sons. Baily is a guest service dream. They accepted my car. Had a diagnosis the same day. My car had issues and they worked with me 3 days everything was done. They do everything through text. Give you customer service calls to make sure what they do is ok. Honestly, mason and sons provides the best car service, customer service I’ve experienced in 42 years of driving. Baily was an outstanding representative of their shop. They own my lifetime loyalty with their service, their professionalism and their execution. I can’t imagine a better place to repair your car Thank you mason&sons for restoring trust in auto repair with professionalism. Baily was fabulous to work with and you mechanics are the best. This was my first visit to Mason and Sons. I was looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto repair facility. I read the numerous 5-star reviews, and the fact that they were a family-owned Christian company sold me. I made an appointment online and dropped off my car the next day. They were very transparent about the process and the cost. Brooks called me within a few hours and sent me a diagnostic with photos. He called and walked me through the estimate taking time to explain everything! My car was ready to go by the end of the day, washed and vacuumed! They were accommodating, courteous and patient and did great work for a fair price. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Got a screw in my tire while visiting and they went the extra mile to get me fixed up and on my way so I didn’t miss my brother’s wedding. Thanksgiving was a month away when I scheduled for an appt one day b4. When the day arrived, I was informed that there were others that had been worked on and that I would have to come back after lunchtime - I said no problem. Long story short, the 'car doctors' took care of what I intended to be done (despite of the list of things that was on the description page). All the information on my car was emailed - including the prices and my receipt. It had been few years since I had been at Mason and Sons, and the customer service is still awesome! The atmosphere, scenery, and the small detailing of my car (when all is done) is the same. Thank you for all you do!

These guys are HIGHLY trained at what they do ! I was very impressed at how they inspected my vehicle from top to bottom and gave an accurate diagnostic that included pictures sent to my phone via text. Mason and Sons was a breath of fresh air working with mechanics. These guys were so easy to work with, they were willing to get us in to do a check up, work was done fast with a warranty and the communication was top notch. Below is what I experienced before Mason and Sons: 1st place - we don’t do oil leaks go to this place. 2nd place - did diagnostic check and found where the leak was but sorry we don’t do work like that here. Here are 2 places you can go… 3rd place - yes we can fit you in 2 weeks from now, here is an appointment card. Nice people though. 4th place - Mason and Sons - called, they said yes can you bring it in Tuesday at 9am. Drop it off. Get a text and a call to explain situation. On the email I could click what we wanted done and then it was all done next day. So very easy to work with. Thank you!
