I HAVE TO write this review for Master Auto Repair! I've never met Nick or Eli. I am from southern Indiana. However, my brother, Randy B. who lives in Cedar Rapids, has been utilizing their services since the mid 80s. I have heard about how wonderful these 2 men are for decades -- how honest they are and how they are committed to top notch affordable services. I must say, 2 weeks ago he experienced yet another complicated car problem and once again, these 2 men came through to serve him in a way that goes waaaaaaaaaaaaay above and beyond what any other auto service would offer. Watch out, Eli and Nick, the next time I visit Randy I am going to visit you 2 and give ya a big hug! Thank you for all you have done to help my brother over these years.

Master Auto in Marion is a fantastic auto repair shop. They are great about telling you what you need done and what can wait or you can plan for down the road. I have gone there for the last 10 years and both Nick and Eli are exceptionally good guys and very easy to talk to and work with. if I could give zero iI would. what a horrible place to do business, They take advantage of people and are scammers. (response to business review) Thats not correct. You told me you do not do alignments. And she did go to another business withen two weeks of getting her tires done and got it done at a different business. However, when I called and spoke with the the manager and owner, both where very unprofessional. I was asking questions to understand what was going on with my daughter tire issue, Both men interrupted me as well as, talked over me. Terrible customer service, in my experience.

Very satisfied with the service I received. Ruptured my warrantied tire the morning of an important drive, the original shop couldn’t get me in. Master Auto was able to get me back on the road with a temporary tire until I was able to get back in to the original shop. They were quick and friendly would recommend

So I’m a little late with this review since I’ve gone here twice in the last 3 months.. I try to work on my own vehicles and if it’s something beyond my capabilities of figuring out I usually have my father in law work on it. Anyway I went to them twice just to look at something for me and they gave me their expert opinion, without hesitation they did.. even with knowing they probably wouldn’t be working on the vehicle. I will say after those experiences I will keep going to them and will have them work on my vehicles if I’m in a pinch, very friendly and very informative, owner and son are good people!
