Took forever for them to do a very simple task. Now that it's been months after the initial work I asked them to do and I've come to find that they charged me for coils they say are new but after further examination I see that they've been written on and are used parts. They aren't even from the same place. Some of them are brass looking and some are silver where they connect. I also asked them to check my compression in all six cylinders and they only checked two at the most. The reason I know that is because I asked them if they were hard to get to.. they replied not. I found that to be odd.. so I asked "did you have to remove anything to get to them?" the man working for the owner replied "No". So I knew that he only checked two of them at the most because there's plenty of stuff in the way. My father took his wagon into them for a fuse blow out for the lights in the rear of the vehicle. The rear window wiper doesn't work nor does the washer fluid sprayer. My father brought it to them four times before they figured it out!! Not only that.. every time they sent it out all they did was put in a new fuse.. which is what we were already doing on our own! When they finally fixed the wire that was causing the problem.. they put it back together without fixing the other wires that were grouped with it that were the wiper and fluid sprayers wires. I'm sorry but, that's just stupid. He also charged us extra for the extra time it took to find the problem. Insult to injury

I hate taking my vehicles to mechanics, their prices are outrageous and I always feel like I've been jipped. Not here though. They are very honest and have never overpriced me oh, they have actually ended up giving me parts at wholesale price just to save money because they knew I didn't have much being a single mother. They do not advertise because they have so many loyal customers they don't really need to, and I feel very blessed to have found them. If I ever need a mechanic I will always choose this place first.

Random referral to this place in a break down situation (where to tow too) and was impressed with how knowledge based efficient he was, and friendly as well. Made room to fit me in immediately, made a quick diagnosis and had parts on the way while he tore into the problem. Had me out in a matter of hours, and was completely fair about the cost. Definitely felt the Mopar love coming from Robert's shop.

I'm a 20 year customer, and I don't know why I have not written a review yet. You know you've found a good mechanic when their garage is stacked up with parts and pieces and cars everywhere, and more important: they don't have time for you. Robert is the best. Helped me so many times with small charges for simple adjustments I would have never guessed. And a few times they were straight up honest about a problem I had already understood. Can't recommend them with enough Hyperbole.

These guys are the absolute BEST! After taking my car to another shop and having them tell me I needed to pay over a grand for a new clutch I was recommended Master Auto. They were so helpful and kind to me. Ended up only needing new spark plugs and such and the price was so reasonable. 100% recommend and especially for all the ladies out there just trying to get your car fixed these guys are respectful and won't try to get one over on you just because you are a woman. LOVE THEM!

Robert is HANDS DOWN the BEST mechanic I’ve ever seen in my life. I have never seen such a honest mechanic that actually prices the labor and everything so fair! His work is absolutely amazing and he is such a reliable mechanic. I needed a replacement of a clutch last year, he didn’t just replace the clucth, he got my car next day and he gave me the best price that none of the other shops been able to! Now I got another vehicle and he is also fixing motor mounts on it and he makes everything so easy for the costumer. Thanks for all you do Robert!
